No one has straight DPD for sale !
Riot is using TGA's/Outlaw's DPD for his hybrid, but who knows if he even has a plant to actually make seeds.
Chances are he's missing either a male or female to go with whatever sex he does/may have, and that's why he only has hybrids of it.
And I've yet to come across anyone sitting on seeds like me.
Most ppl grew theirs out and are either cloning in secret or have no plants/seeds left.
The problem Outlaw had with making seeds, including these F3's, is that his mother plant was a snob and would only make 40 - 50 seeds at a time according to him.
So the releases were obviously limited and months in between the next, then after the last release (when I grabbed 10 seeds for $160) he got popped and lost it all.
He did say about 2 months ago, he can remake all his stock except Gorilla Grape so perhaps someone close had cuts of everything else.
We'll see bcuz he said nothing will be avail until the end of this year at the earliest.
I have 7 DPD F3's left, it looks as if both plants growing now may be females.
As of today, it looks like BOTH Chernobyl's may be males.
If so, I'm keeping #2 for pollen bcuz he's the best of the 2.
So I'll have SR71 #1 and #3 plus the Chernobyl #2 for pollen.
I'll make SR71 F2's and a F1 hybrid using SR71 x Chernobyl.
Plus DPD x SR71 and DPD x Chernobyl.
In case ya'll didn't know, the breeders consensus is to ALWAYS name the female in the cross 1st and the male 2nd.
If my DPD's end up female, I'll clone them and pop 2 more seeds for the next grow.
I'm making as many DPD F4's as I can and as often as I can if that turns out to be the case.
Perhaps I'll run the only SR71 female and DPD as clones in one cooler.
And 2 DPD's plus 2 Gorilla Grape F1's in the other cooler.
