All war is murder. I think death is beautiful. But he was murdered. No doubt about that. Ok well...I believe he is probably dead, and they probably buried him at sea. However, it would not shock me to learn months or years from now that he was, in fact, taken and is undergoing "interrogation" as I write this. One can only hope.

I also believe that Pakistan authorities had to know he was there. Pakistan is not an ally of the U.S. and we should stop treating them as such.
