im not moving out of state to fuck around nor take chances.... i have a network already it runs deep..... if im not a caregiver i cant grow more then 12 plants period......... i need that full 72.... and i gotta have the paperwork just in case... i dont want local police destroying my dream and 10-12k dallar if not more grow op.... you know what im saying? and i dont wanna go to the joint...if i were you i would just have 3 or 4 friends get a card and you "grow" for them..if anyone comes to check you are plants sitting and have the paper work to cover your ass
Strict how? to get the initial card it's not that hard if you have medical record to back your claim, there are a few clinics that seem to be issuing cards regardless of the condition. hey did you get that PM about rental plases? if not, i found a couple areas that fit your description.how strict is michigan?

It's not any felony, it's any felony involving illegal drugs which prohibits someone becoming a caregiver. No one comes to check on us from the state although I hear some people still have problems with LE.
"Primary caregiver" means a person who is at least 21 years old and who has
agreed to assist with a patient's medical use of marihuana and who has never
been convicted of a felony involving illegal drug
