CFL growbox questions, help please!

Hey guys, i just assembled a growbox inside my desktop tower, i lined it with tin foil everywhere, and put a 144 watt cfl light in there, and finally added my 2 plants, they are small, about 4 weeks old, i have some basic questions about the lights, etc...

1) How long do i keep the lights on per day?

2) is a fan vital at this stage? the box has many holes in it, so air should flow in and out naturally, but i'm not sure... do i need a fan?

3) i need my plants to be very short (only about 50cm - 80 cm). What do i do to make sure my plants are small?

Attached is a picture of the growbox i am using, but it's without tin foil and the lamp. It's just to get an idea of what the dimensions are...

Hi Boomy just a quick question what strain are you growing and is it autoflowering or dwarf?
personally i would add a couple of fans for cooling 1 in and 1 out.
Im running a pc growbox for germination and a converted stereo cabinet for my babes from 2 weeks onwards.

1) How long do i keep the lights on per day? its your choice i would recommend 24 on while veg then 12 and 12 to flower

2) is a fan vital at this stage? the box has many holes in it, so air should flow in and out naturally, but i'm not sure... do i need a fan? a fan would be in ur best interest to help strengthen ur seedlings stem and to keep ur enclosure at a ideal 75 degrees

3) i need my plants to be very short (only about 50cm - 80 cm). What do i do to make sure my plants are small? try lst or a micro scrog google and youtube are ur best
