Root problems

WTF? I just moved my bagseed mother to a 5 gallon DWC bucket. I noticed the leafs weren't looking too great. I looked inside and saw that the water was a bit high. I removed 6 cups from the bucket and now the water sits at the bottom of the net pot. Is this root rot? Is there any hope of recovery?

It's in its 5th week of vegging and is under 6 23w 6500k 1800 lumens CFL's.

it will be soon! that brown slime aka pythium/bactiria start using 29% H202 at 7ML to 10ML per gal. or plain unsented bleach 7 eye drops per gal. both need
to be added evey three day like clock work. alternative well death is the only option at this point!

Your water level was too high. Lower than the net pot and get more air bubbling through. If you keep the roots submerged then you get that stuff.
