Hopefully after that I will be switched mainly over to hydro and be switching the mom's to DWC as well. My basement flooding did a number on overwatering all my babies.

Man, That's the only thing I hate about living in the south no damn basements, stupid clay. bet that basement stays nice and cool with a ton of room to work huh? If yours are like mine so far expect the bud to double in size every day, friggin crazy. curiously enough how'd your basement flood?

The way my house is plumbed all lower floor water supplies drain to a sump pump and are pushed upward and out the drain. The sump pump went bad while I was at work. Some rain water also makes it way to the sump trying to fix that now.

My basement stays 57-65*F all year round

that sir does not sound like a fun task at all. on the other hand with temps like that all year round any reason you don't run 1000 watters? did you build a separate room in the basement to hide your grow or is it just tucked away in the corner?

Okay I've been working in the garden all day cleaning and doing misc. things. Looking at trichs withe scope hehe. I decided to take 2 more cuttings and make clones off of the RBC mother so I have 3 RBC clones in the tent, hopefully rooting in the next week or two. If they do I'll veg them for a week under the MH and then throw them in the flower room with the other RBC I grew from seed. Will be implementing the DWC in the next 30-40days when I get the LA Woman's out of the flower room.

I didn't go with 1000watt because of electric costs on the initial start up of the operation. The flower room in my final setup will have 1K watter and a 400 or 600 MH in the mother/veg/clone tent which will be larger than this one. My room and tent are not really hidden at the moment One day I want to make it more stealth.

Hey quick question bro. Is it okay to put those seeds in the refregerator in the candy pack and plastic bag they came in? That's what I did and just now thought "hmmm IDK if that's a good idea?"

What do you think? I have 3 fem RBC and 5 fem ICE still left.

put them in the dark in your basement or something. I would think that it being so cold in your fridge that it is bad for them. probably still good right now but i would imagine its taking away from the life of those seeds.

Yeah I feel that mine raised my bill like fifty bucks a month. with t5's I would swear my bill has gotten lower somehow.

Mine went from about $150 to $250 when I had the 600 on 18/6 and with the 250 watt going now and 600 on 12/12 it's about $250 but also running dehumidifiers and stuff from the flood so will be higher.

I took them out they look fine. I put them in my coffee table for now when it gets warmer will take them downstairs.

Yeah I didn't mean that youd ruined them by any means just that that much cold was probably zapping the longevity out of them. Im sure they are still plenty potent though.

ouch, I forget house bills are higher than apt, most mine ever was is 150 now its more like sixty a month.

Yeah I got what you were saying about longevity. When you replied that I realized I put them in there a few weeks ago and never thought about them again until now.

The RBC mother has grown 2 nice new tops, and the shoots below that node are bushing out too. The clones do not look so good but not really doing anything for them other than cut, dip and stick in a cup of soil light sprayed once. Haven't really got my clone area setup. Working on that and the million other things like hydro switch finalized, drying area for harvest coming soon. I need to buy some more jars for curing(I hope a lot more haha) Also need to buy some green light bulbs for harvest time.

Do Green CFL bulbs affect harvest/photoperiod? I want to harvest in the dark and not let the buds see light until after they cure.

buy a quantum ballast u wont be dissapointed..have 9 autos under 1 600 hps 5 days from seed and they are 3-5 inches tall and first set of leaves are forming..Growing wicked fast i think

Green is the only spectrum of light that plants cannot pick up. so you will be fine.

If you can find one get a small hygrometer and put it in one of the jars so you can tell when the buds have achieved optimal curing and you can stop burping.

Yeah my accidental clone died as well but like you I didn't put much effort into it either lol. Going to buy some plywood and make a small box with a hole for a cfl bulb etc so I can have a cloning area as well.

I will go snap some pictures right now and will upload them shortly. I need to toke up first been asleep all day, didn't go to work.

Yeah IDK if these clones will make it or not. If not theirs plenty more material on the mom's to clone later. The Ice are looking good and starting to take off. I can tell their indica dominant already.

Yeah I never recorded a grow this well and actually able to look back on it. Day 42 looking under the scope. I have about 10% milky white trich's still a lot of clear. Is this normal for the time?(Day 41 from day lights were flipped 12/12) When do you guys think they will finish(just a guesstimate)
I'm guessing 27-30 more days.

In the Mother tent... The 3 clones I took and didn't really watch grew a few roots but dried up and died lol.

I took 4 clones from the RBC Mother tonight and put them in a humidity dome.

My RBC Mother has some female pre flowers but also a few small areas that look somewhat male to me We'll see though

The RBC in the flower room has shown sex and is as female. Hopefully the feminized seed I chose for the mother will be female as well. I don't think topping it stressed it much those tops are 5-6" since I topped her.

Don't sweat it. I thought I had hermies for a few days too. couple more days and shell blow up with pistils

Yeah she is looking good today. The buds are getting bigger on the LA's I hope they swell a whole lot If they go 70 days to ripen that's 26 days from now so I want to try feeding them heavy to get the weight I want in the last week I can feed before flushing. I'm shooting for an oz per plant on the clones(minus the tiny one I figure 6-10g's on it) and I hope 4-5 oz's on the large LA Woman.

On another note my Ice plants in the veg area are looking great and the RBC mother has so many tops from where I cut the clones. I think these 4 clones will make it but we'll see. Been storming all day and electric been going off and on. Cleaned the garden areas again today. Saw a few fungus gnats but not worried about them as I have been using Mosquito dunks in my water to kill their larvae and eggs.
