My tupperware grow box, need advice!

This is what i have thus far,

I have some ideas but I want your opinion. I know i need ventilation.. ideas? I also need reflection because with all the lights on i can see through it and wouldn't want any light creeping in during the dark hours. I'm just trying to get a couple girls on their way to becoming the beautiful plant they are.

paint the inside flat white and the outside black otherwise it glows like a neon sign
get some computer fans and cut holes in top and screw them in
and and some foam self sticking door weatherstripping to edge to seal it

I put two xbox fans in today, i'm not sure if that will be good enough but it seems to be staying room temp. I still need to get a thermometer to be sure. Also what are some good nutrients that I could get from lowes? right now the girls are in miracle grow unfortunately thats all i had.

how old are the plants
if under a month i wouldnt give them anything yet

and u are going to need to add more lights btw what is spectrum of bulbs

little over a week old but still have the first 4 leaves, I just got back from lowes and got 2 y splitters and a couple more bulbs so now i have 2 daylight 23watt 6500k and 2 23watt 3500k and 2 more 13watt not sure on the spectrum of those, I'm thinking their 3500k as well. One of my plants died today with root rot; pretty sure it was from over watering.. But you learn from mistakes and I plan to just keep furthering my learning from trial and error and with the help of this great forum. I still have 3 plants, one is about a week old and the other is about a week n half, and the last one was just germinated and put into soil today.

ive got a ghetto veg box out of cardboard about that same size. ive got it lined with walmart emergency blankets and had 2 redring xboxs i took fans out of. got both fans as exhaust and a gap at bottom for intake and i just set box over top of my plants. inside my house it runs bout 75 degrees F

Well the two Xbox fans that i was using aren't doing so well, the temp is at 90F.

My set up is in the closet right now unfortunately, but will be moved by this weekend to a clean closet of its on with only the growing materials needed. I'm just trying to make a well enough environment for the time being so my girls don't die, 2 of the seeds are bag seed from which i was told was jack herer and the other i was told was called mississippi queen but i'm not so sure on that one.

well i was wondering if u leave door open if not it will cause your high temps

I would do that but there are a few people in my house that would not like the idea that i am growing. I now have 3 fans in the top of the tub and it is seeming to stay cool in their now. I'm pretty sure this is around day 12 and my plants are still really small and seem like they should be growing more than they are, i will post pics in about an hour so that i don't disturb during their night cycle.

What's the cfm of the Xbox fans? You can buy INCREDIBLE cfm fans at Best Buy man. I think it's $4 for the 40 cfm one. I had two in a pc case with 200 w of light(cfl) once, and it stayed cool!

Alright i shall do that but, I don't think that the tin foil is whats causing my plants not to grow properly though. The little one kinda looks deformed a little bit. Both of these plants came from a bag of Jack Herer mixed with New York city diesel, I mean its regularly available to me and i can get more seeds but it would be a shame to watch these two little ones wither away.

I haven't added any nutrients, from what I've read on here its not good to give them nutes while their so young. I water them every couple days or so, or when i see that its really dry and can feel the difference in the pots, and for the watering I've been using tap water thats been sitting out for a few days. The soil that i'm using is unfortunately Miracle grow but I will be switching to either fox farm ocean forest or the only other that i could find was Jungle Growth at my local lowes.
