the Fox Farm nutes are mainly for beginners but when you start using fox farm it seems to go much faster than other nutes. I have a Botanicare chart here in front of me and if you have access to their products the way to go is:

1. if you can find a box set that has PURE BLEND PRO GROW 3-2-4/ PURE BLEND PRO BLOOM 2-3-5/ PURE BLEND PRO SOIL ($40)
then in your last few weeks of flowering if you insist on using nutes w/o flushing use Liquid Karma. Also its a good idea to use Cal-Mag plus at the first sign of Deficiencies.

they do have a recommended feed chart for their products but im not sure if it available on this link or not. check it out though. Decent stuff.

They also make a product to use in your last few days to keep the sugars in the plants called "sweet". its got some purple grapes on the bottle.

I am going to be using FoxFarm nutes and I admit that I am a beginner, but that's why I chose them over other nutes. They seem to be almost fool proof. Any reason tho why they are for beginner's?

i havent used them i only use Botanicare products but the guys at the grow shopS that I go to say they go really fast. They are easy to use but dont have the same amount of nutrients per litre or whatever your using for measurement. in other words, you need to mix in more chem for every ounce of H2o.
I will tell you that I sing the praises of "Dr. Earth" soil! it is a VAST improvement over fox farm soil and you can go almost all the way up until flowering without using ANY nutes except a little water soluble B-1. Its REALLY good shit!

My grow shop here sucks, so I went with FoxFarm Ocean forest, because that's about all they had...Hope it's decent at least.

hmmm, this is going to be kinda tough to explain in typing. K, try this, the 1st catagory on the page is for your vegging cycle, the 18/6 or 20/4 vegging cycle: it shows you use big bloom for the week of seedlings and cuttings AND week one, then continue Big Bloom throughout your entire cycle except week 4,. During this time, on weeks 2,3,4,7,8 u mix in 2 or 3 parts of Grow big along with it. On weeks 4,5,6 you mix in open sesame and so on n so forth. This explains which chems to use on which weeks and which ones to mix in with each other. As you see on the left, it says teaspoons per gallon, so the numbers in the chart are how many parts per gallon you use.
After weeks 4,7, and 10 it says Sledgehammer flush. Its when you pretty much drown the plant with water to flush out all of the old nutes so you can start new.
DO NOT do a flush without reading more about it, if you are not careful you will water stress the plant to death. Doing a flush in the last couple weeks will take away the harshness and crappy taste of the buds when you harvest.

View attachment 1532353 can you please tell me how to read it then...because this is what i have

just curious

It's called big bloom but it is actually more a micronutrient/microbial compost tea that is good to use for the entire grow. So you use grow big with some big bloom during veg and tiger bloom with some big bloom for flowing. Bad name for it because it's misleading.
I'm new to growing and just finishing my second and last grow with fox farm. Their flowering boosters are too expensive for how little effect is presented. Grow Big and Tiger Bloom are good base nutes but pH is a little tricky there. Big Bloom is the one product I'll continue to use. Organic and very good for promoting root growth and health.
Plan for my third grow is Botanicare Pure Blend Pro, CalMag+, and Fox Farm Big Bloom.
