Build your own LED grow light checklist

I have researched LED lighting as an alternative to cfls and would like to build my own LED array. I plan on using this panel for seedlings and clones, using around 15 to 20 watts.

I am aware I need 460nm and 660nm LEDs, I will use the 1 watt diode. For seedlings, or vegetative growth, I plan on using a 2:1 ratio of red to blue LEDs.

After looking around this site and on others, I am just about to make the order. The only problem is knowing which parts (power supply, resistors, etc) to get.

Is there a check list of everything you need, with specific details such as ohms, watts, volts, amps and anything else I am forgetting? Links, videos, would be helpful.

The CFL vs. LED debate can be saved for another thread.

Thanks

Don't use 1w diodes, go with 2w minimum but really you should get as many 3w as possible. And get lens angles of 60-90 don't go as high as 120. If you change your mind about making your own I know a great LED company I can refer you to based on completed grows here.
