Its not really a problem but can be... Please help

So I'm at week 4 in bloom and both rooms are on opposite ends as far as cycle. I use a flipbox so their opposite 12/12. I harvested one room and want to switch the plants in the other to the room I just harvested. Here's my question:

Is it okay to have the light off for 24 hours then back to 12/12? Or leave the lights on for 24?

I've been growing for awhile but never had to do a switch in the middle of bloom. I have done a 24 hours of darkness actually 3-5 days but that was before harvesting. Please let me know your thoughts or what has worked for you. Last thing I want to do is shock the plant and get hermies.

Thanks

I will give u some of my experience hope it help. I been told that in flowering stage and stuff make sure light cycle are to be exact and all that stuff, but several time i had to screw up with my light cycle to hide my plant and move it for about 2 day i put it in complete darkness and bring back to flowering and still fine. I also check my plant during night hour and turn on the light for hours and plant still flowering fine. So what im trying to say is... Screwing with the light cycle of it for couple day wont hurt.
