No. 3-4 plants would pull 3 oz a plant. I am an experienced 600w grower, so I'm not pulling anything out of my hat here.
100w per plant with 600w lamps, 200w per plant and you are seriously pulling some weight now. I tried 10 under 600w my first try and what a fucking disaster! It was also with Fox Farm, throw that shit in the garbage, it's for vegetables and roses. If you have a bitching vegetable garden or rose garden, throw it in there, it works wonders on stuff like that, but I am unsatisfied with it's results in cannabis cultivation. Half way through my first grow I spent my rent money on a new 600w setup (stupid fucking desperate idea) because my plants had gotten too big and I couldn't stand the thought of losing one. Now a days I would brutally chop them down and throw them out in the fucking snow.
If you are using more than 1 lamp, then 6 plants a lamp works a lot better. This all has a lot to do with the size of your reflector, if you have one of the new XXXL Magnum Hoods from Sunlight Supply (CalWest Hydroponics and DH make a higher quality knock off for cheaper btw) you can do 6 plants with just one hood, if you are using 2 you can put 8 plants under each one. I have a few friends that have them and I am upgrading in a few weeks, I see a lot more plants in their gardens with a lot more yield. I am personally using the Yield Master II which is sort of smaller. I bought them because they were the cheapest of the larger hoods, but they still aren't very big.
3 gal is the minimum for dank pot out of 600w, 5 gal is the max. 5 gal gets them big, but not too big, sometimes I really rather deal with a few larger plants than a bunch of smaller ones. I switch up almost every grow, I love trying new things, or improving on old techniques I thought I was over. If you are doing a compact hydroponic system you can probably do more plants, but not 10 plants, definitely not 10 plants. I have a friend that uses 2 gal soil pots to flower for his 250w plants, and I'm not sure if it's the pot size or the light that is giving him loose (but very good still) nugs, but I'm pretty sure it's the pots, because 250w lamps are pretty intense.
Fertilizers I HIGHLY suggest that I have had INCREDIBLE yields with of only the DANKEST bud, bud that would blow your brain right out the back of your skull. Bud that is so crystally the trichomes melt down into a protective asphalt shell the first time you burn it in your bowl, and then you have to try and burn through that to smoke the rest. Bud that is so dank I need to reconsider driving sometimes... now this all has a lot to do with doing a good job of growing, but the right fertilizer gets you there quick.
Cheap and effective: TechnaFlora (Technaflora starter kit is $36 USD) and Flora Nova because it works well with almost any bloom booster or boosters, and it does not need any additives as far as I've seen. I have very rarely had to add ca/mg to the mix.
Expensive and magnificent: House & Garden... and I guess Canna, I have never used it, but many H&G growers bounce between it because of the incredible results they get either way, I hear Canna doesn't provide the aroma that H&G does, but it's tough to tell..
Pure fucking crap: Fox Farm Liquid Fertilizers (soil is great, but I find to many bugs in the Ocean Forest), Miracle Grow, Schultz, anything from Home Depot or anything with complex instructions for your first grow.
The TechnaFlora is the cheapest and easiest, if you mix up a reservoir it will last for weeks as long as you keep it aerated. I have pulled magnificent results with TechnaFlora, and they have a wonderful instruction kit. Aroma is kind of lacking in TechnaFlora, but adding a carbon and carbohydrate supplement helps, Liquid Karma by BotaniCare works great. House & Garden requires a full line up and some extra additives on top of it, but is by far the BEST in my opinion, but also very expensive, 10x as expensive as the TechnaFlora starter kit.
Some fertilizers my friends use and have great success, but I have no personal experience with: Canna (obviously), Advanced Nutrients, General Hydroponics, General Organics, Botanicare (I have experience with several of their products, but not a complete line up, good shit though), and Organicare.
The trio pack of boosters from Fox Farm (Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and Cha-Ching) are actually pretty good shit, and I like those, although they are as old school as synthetic boosters get, they rock pretty hard, especially in conjunction with Flora Nova, that is my personal experience.
I honestly feel that TechnaFlora for price and quality, or House & Garden for quality and quality, trumps them all.
Edit: Also, as said above, good and attentive training, and good air flow. Can't put enough emphasis on this. And never remove a healthy leaf from to expose a budsight to more light, ever. Never remove a healthy leaf to increase air flow, ever. My advise is not to be confused with lollipopping, lollipopping is a very good way to maintain good airflow, but that is removing entire sites of a limb/branch, or even entire limbs/branches, not just leaves.
