Please Help! My auto ak is on life support

She is about 4 weeks old. She is an auto ak.

The soil is Roots 707. Prior to this state I was simply watering. Last week I did a feed of Technaflora at 1/4 strength. Two days later I start to see spots and what appears to be nute burn. Two days ago, I did a 1 gallon ph water flush.

The photos are its current state. What is wrong with my baby? Is she going to die?

P.S. - Don't mind the toothpaste in the background... bathroom had the best light.

over nuting, + watering to much. water when the soil is completely dry which means once every 3-4 days

Do you think I should just let the plants chill? Give them time to recover? Wait until the pots are light/dry? Or should I try to flush again?

I don't mean to be a pest.. but I'm sincerely afraid of losing this plant, anyone have some details on how I can handle this?
