hey homer,another friend has pm also. Just read that baking soda spray may have messed up cupl plants,but now is using milk& water& sez its working like a charm.

hey kmk, i tried milk & water earlier but it wasn't effective enough. do you know what kind of damage the baking soda did? i've been seeing a lot of leaf damage on my plants for a couple days, and among the million things it could be due to, i'm thinking the thing that greencure does to prevent midlew (raise the ph of the leaves surface, i believe) may also be resulting in leaf damage, but i'm not sure. i'm curious what happend to your friend's plants, thanks bro.

hey guys,
not good stuff this monday. i was hoping to see some nice recovery today after yesterday's flush, and although the droopiness is definitely over, there are a lot of bad looking leaves.
here are some pictures for your inspection (kmk, hopefully you can see these ones... and thanks for the link to bekindbuds thread!)...

They were looking so deficient that I watered with veg & bloom nutes today (even though the soil was still heavy from yesterday's flush). I'm hoping things turn around soon... these babies have to survive another 4-5 weeks, at least!

What concentration did you give them with nutes? also have you been letting the roots get a period of dryness or low amount of moisture? because this could be from overwatering

hey GD, generally i'm pretty good about not watering too often (every 2-3 days, depending on dryness). yesterday the soil was extremely dry and the leaves were severely droopy, so i did a full flush. i wanted to wait tilll tomorrow to feed, but they looked so deficient today, i decided to feed even though pots were still on the heavy side. i gave about 1/2 strength veg (3-2-4) plus 1/2 strength bloom (4-7-5).

thanks stoney!! i hope so too bro. these plants are turning out to be quite a handful man. next 5 weeks are gonna be a marathon, juggling act, insert-metaphor-here. i just hope they survive enough to get some decent quality bud, don't need much, even 1/2 oz per plant should do me... lowering expectations lol.

if it's not to many fan leaves turning i would snip the worst ones off. maybe only 3 or 4 per plant but i would remove the really bad ones.... the plant won't bother trying to fix itself so much and get back to bud growth. your call though... if you think they still have a chance then by all means let them on there!

Homer, my brother, I gotta tell you, weed can take such a punishment and the buds can still come out dynamite! I wouldn't worry about a thing, you've got this shit on lockdown...Just keep up with the watering, light nutes, and see where things go. Shit, I don't care if all my fucking fan leaves fall off, as long as those buds keep swelling...And they will! Laverne and Shirley took more abuse than any weed plants I've seen in person, and in the end those nugs swelled up so fat and hard, and turned into the most rock hard, stinky nuggets of goodness!! But fuck, those plants started with fungus gnat and root damage, lost ALL their primary fan leaves cause of the spinosad and only the sugar leaves were photosynthesizing for the last few weeks of their life. Dank dank nugs! I have faith that things will still turn out nicely for you...No stress brother, we got your back!

thanks brother, you sure know how to cheer up a frustrated grower. i feel better already. i love this addictive website, really feel like i got some good friends in here. i'll try to remember that "it's a weed" and focus on keeping those buds healthy and plump. none of this is a trajedy, even if my plants blow up tomorrow. what's happening in japan, now that's a tragedy. if they only used hemp-power plants...
