yeah all of them!!! if your gonna do the molasses thing then it should be done every other watering so that your plant is still get the proper nutes it needs. npk even in flowering there is still a need for nitrogen its not as much as vegging but still important.

alot of people go by hear say. what they have been told or read. not years of trial n error and experimenting. im just saying what happened from my experience and what i did to remedy the situation. you can knock it all you want. i don't give a shit. i know whats up. it is what it is.. take or don't. thats on you. but none of this has been bad advice. majority of people over feed and some barely under feed. over the last 13 years ive been through every bad situation you can think of. from the worst bugs to robbery to fire
If you knew what was up then you would be able to tell the difference between a deficiency and overdose. You have already stated you find it difficult. 13yrs my ass. Yet another Bullshit artist punk at RIU. I agree with DJ, this site has become pointless.

i was saying what happened to me. what i said about the start of this thread is that it looked to hot and the ph could be off. all i basically said is that is possible to have burns from lack of nutrients once the plant is used to a regiment that has been altered. thats a fact. all you guys read every other word and attack because you havent dealt with that before.
You are just a complete idiot. Nute burn from a lack of nutes. I think you have confused necrotic with burn.

im right it was burns when i fed it more it went away.

Talk about kicking yourself in the bag!!!!! LMAO Fed it more and it went away. I may be COMPLETELY wrong but I think your took care of a deficiency not overdose. Is this Charlie Sheen????

try using silica blast for a while then suddenly stop and see what happens. the leaves will become brittle and the edges will be burnt after a couple days of not using it.
Once again confusing a necrotic area with burn. Necrosis can be caused by either a deficiency or overdose. Same result, different cause.

So did we ever find the problem here wit tee leaves?
yeah temps was too high ex. over 90

and for all those who was talking about lack of nutes I totally forgot that I had a half quart left of FF Big Bloom that I used but that was only for weeks 1-3 so I didn't think that counted because I go by when I spot the white hais and thats when I consider flowering to be in affect but now I just ordered AN's Overdrive and I'm thinking about getting Big Bud for a combination I did alot of research on Overdrive and there was alot of people who said they liked it and some who said they swear by it as for Big Bud there was alot of good comments but alot of people like to say it's just molasses repackaged but I'm still thinking about getting it so! my KK's flowering time is 10 weeks and I believe it's on like week 5 or 6( can't remember when I seen the hairs) so I'm thinking of getting big and overdrive will help the nute problem out and what do you guy think about "AN Final Phase"?

i had a problem with lack of nutes and fixed it by adding nutes. is this a broken record? are you that slow?
Your plant had a definciency......from not giving it nutes...the leaf tips turned reddish brown.....you gave you plant nutes it got better. Had you given the plant too many nutes...it may have gotten nute burn....causing reddish brown leaf tips. Got it!

What causes that leaf curl?
It would help if you mentioned if your leaves curled upwards, downwards or rolled up like they were turning into a joint or a cigarette or if by curl you meant twisting and also if there was necrotic spotting or any sort of discoloration, if it began on the lower portion of your plants, the middle portion of your plants or the upper portion of your plants and if it was old growth or new growth. In fact much more than that is needed. A broadly worded question lacking much needed information will seldom if ever receive an accurate reply.

IF YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM ARE YOU USING?

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What brand Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?

Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)

Leaves clawed under FFOF soil Botanicare nutes and it only happens the last 2-3 weeks of flowering.I have it in a closet with a 6inch clip on fan blowing temps around 72-78 degrees.

I've researched and read alot of articles and from what Ive read the fan leafs will turn yellow due to nitrogen def and it's common for the leafs to yellow in flowering due to the fact that the plant is using the energy left in the leafs to produce and doesn't say anything about being a bad plant because i gave it molasses for only 2 weeks did you read the fact that my plant is going into Week 7? and yeah i already knew that..next time try to save your smart comments man..
Are you shitting me? You went to Oaksterdam classes. Great, pile on the Forum Bullshit.:wall: My plants are deep green at 8 weeks, going into a 9 week harvest.
Really, "it's common for the leafs to yellow in flowering". Wrong. It's common for any leaf to yellow without feeding them Nitrogen. Only common when they need N.
If you buy into those BS canna specific fertilizers, they will lack a decent amount N. I think I can guess you have AN's full line up. You need to read some books on Botany..

Talk about kicking yourself in the bag!!!!! LMAO Fed it more and it went away. I may be COMPLETELY wrong but I think your took care of a deficiency not overdose. Is this Charlie Sheen????

I will second your notion. After the plant sleeping thread, I need to smoke a bowl with some Hash Oil to relax.

ok..thats it..i think im done going onto threads of people asking for help...its kinda pointless...why is there lines of people here waiting to post info that might kill other peoples plants...not that i think they are doing it on purpose...but some of things i see here make me cringe....i think from now on im only going to try and help those that come to me directly...good advice gets lost in these forums...all i know is...thank god for weed....and hash...and new bongs...just made a new one by the way...off to work on some graphics
lol..... funniest post ever. coming from the guy who says stupid shit and rages like everybody else.

Leaves clawed under .

Did the leaves look like the picture below? If so that's 'the claw' and that is caused by nitrogen toxicity, an overabundance of nitrogen that destroys the plants vascular system. When that happens a plant's ability to take in water, and nutes, is greatly diminished. Leaves will curl under and somewhat roll under and yields will be reduced.

It is normally the result of too much nitrogen early in flower, often due to heavy feedings of vegging nutes right up to flower and there is a buildup in the soil. When the plants begin to 'want' and need less nitrogen in flower there is too much in the soil already and then more is added with the flowering nutes that while being a lesser ratio is still adding to what is already in the soil.

If you keep getting 'the claw' you need to either cut back on the vegging nutes earlier so the plants can use up what's in the soil before going into flower or flush before flowering, or both.

That message wasn't nearly as hilarious as yours when you put a bar of pink soap on top of your couple inches of soil in your pink and white picnic basket to perk up your droopy tiny plants.

That was an all time classic!
