no taller

I started Growing under a 400w MH 30 days ago and my plants look good but they ar only 6" high and there not getting any taller just bushier. The nodes are growing long is this good and if not what am i doing wrong.

What are you growing, how far up are the lights?

The seeds came out of regular weed(my northern lights seeds came in today). And my light is 26" above the plants

You just have some short Phenotype, they will stretch in flower.

i just started qrowinq my plant about two weeks aqo usinq Normal dirt from outside . it looks pretty qood to me , it already has 4 leafs and a set of another 4 is startinq to come out . the plant is only 1.5" tall . and its in a small cup . what should i do next ?

Is My First Time Growinq , I Would Appreciate The Help .

When mine were that big i just put them under a 18/6 light cycle and watered when the dirt dried up

Should i move the plant to a biqer pot usinq dirt from outside ? & also the main steam is pretty Purple , is that qood or bad ?
