Mylar or White Paint?

Should I go buy mylar, or stick with white paint?

Both are good...white paint is supposed to reflect 80% of the light, mylar is 97%, and polar plastic is 90%

I would go with mylar since its more reflective. Its also more expensive. You have to be pretty carefully with mylar too since it rips really easy.

The guy had 3 1000 watt lights right? I know a 1000w puts off heat, I have never felt what 3 of them in the same room will do but I'm sure it's fairly large amount of heat. If one is hot, 3 are obviously hotter.

The back of the paper is a dull satin white finish

because the polywrap wrapping paper will have a design on one side and the shiny mylar on the other side

i mean you can find it at dollar stores too
