Very good point, ventilation is definitely a huge determinant. Even if your temperature and humidity are low enough without air circulation, having a fan blowing on your plants will help keep spores and parasites from getting a good hold on your plants (and an infestation can destroy your bud quality).Ventilation, ventilation, ventilation... if your room is muggy, stagnant, or unhealthy in any way, your plants (out of fear of mold) will produce thinner, whispier buds. If you can't control your ventilation adequately, at least pump some CO2 into the room to counter some of the negative effects.
The better your environment, the better the entire plant will be from roots, to buds.
