I'm not sure about Palmolive, but as long as it doesn't have bleach or any harsh chemicals, will be fine. I use Dawn, without any issues. Anyway, yes, you leave it on your plants to soak in and be absorbed. Neem will be taken in by the plant and used as a protectant, throughout it's life cycle. I use it 2-3 times throughout my grows, starting from the end of week 1. It's completely non-toxic to the plant, helps keep pests away, and is a good addition to any grow, IMO. :)

Ha, I sound like a freakin neem salesman, don't I?lol

Help? Yes. An all-out cure? No. I've used it with success, for a mild PM issue, but as far as i know, the neem oil just suffocates the mold, and doesn't actually kill it. So, my advice, is to use it heavily, because I won't hurt your plants. It'll make them shiny and mite-resistant, but that's about it.lol

For more established PM problems, you might want to look into something more specific to fighting mildew. Also, keep the humidity down(40-50%, if possible) and the airflow up, which'll help alot.

I ue h202(Hydroogen preoxide 3%) for pm about 1 tablespoon per 1/2 gallon for my pm issues it works pretty wel and it kills itl also, are you growing indoors or out?If indoors put a dehumidifier in your grow room to help lower your humidity.A higher humidity level is was causes pm in the 1st place

do i spray whole plant with the preoxide or just infected area (leaves)
Just the infected areas. Its better to make your solution mild and to spray multiple times, say 2 or 3 times a day for 1 to 2 days. You wont see results right away but over a period of a week or so youll see the mold stop spreading. If not continue to spray for as long as you need to.Adding a surfactant (dish soap or wet betty) to your solution will help it stick to the plant.I've used this several times and it does work
