u should bury the plants up to the two bottom leafs to help the stem since there so tall
He can flower with 4' flouros but the yield will be pathetic. What a waste.

get the small one out of those cups asap and double the size of the big containers and prove that guy wrong
He needs to start over.... He'd have to repot in a very deep pot. Why not germ 3 seeds.... lower the 4 footers to within an inch of them once they are through the soil and go from there..
I'm not saying he cant do it. I'm just trying to help him get as much yield out of his grow as I can.

pal i've been growing for fifteen years indoor and out, soil and hydro, ive done it every way you can think of and what you rsaying is only true for certain strains and indica will flower fine under flouros a but like i said not optimum but the dude had forty bucks to spend with what he has to work with thats the best he can do and IT WILL WORK
