dude...first off it aint attitude fault, 2nd i get magus genetics seeds, reserva privada, dna and most of the seeds i received from them looked like bunk seeds but usually all germinates just fine.

Attitude buys and sells seeds. They don't grow plants. They don't make seeds.
You have a problem with the seed? You have a problem with the BREEDER!!!

It's like blaming Chevrolet for Goodyear tires.

Every one of these threads is the same. Three or four "Attitude sucks" threads ago I chose to ignore everyone dissing attitude. No surprise they are all here, probably bashing the seed bank for something they don't control. You wanted the seeds. You got the seeds. Past that it isn't their responsibility. Recognize that.

Yes, Attitude Seeds is a business. We understand that. They sell what they buy, no matter what condition. But your argument is flawed. GOOD businesses don't do that. They sell good items. It's what makes you return for more.

We can't blame the breeder for bad seeds. We blame the people we bought it from.

When you get bad coldcuts from the deli you bring them back to the deli. The deli doesn't say go fuck with the Boar's Head guy because he sold us the meat. You say you waited for someone with brains to post.............don't hold your breath. No one here has much, including you and I.

The OP was trying to make a point. Then the Attitude saviors come in to defend. Attitude sells bad products at times................period. They DO deliver tho, and that counts. Stop trying to defend Attitude. If they cared so much they would only sell top of the line products that work . The souvenir thing is total horse shit.

Say you walk into BevMo.
You browse the Micro Brews.
You choose a beer that you have never had before.
Once home you open and taste the beer.
It tastes bad. It is flat.

Is that BevMo's fault?
They didn't brew the beer.
They didn't select the beer for you.

A brewer came to them, said he had a good product, and sold them what he was making. It is not BevMo's responsibility to taste test every batch of beer that comes through their door. If a finger falls into a vat and makes it way into a bottle it just isn't the fault of the people who own the shelves it was stored on.

If you get bad meat it is because it was spoiled. The deli is responsible for keeping the meat cool and clean. Attitude does the same thing, storing their seeds in climate controled storage.

So your comparison would apply if the seeds had arrived moldy, as they obviously wouldn't have been stored right.

In this case it was the purchaser and the manufacturer who have an issue. The distributer did their job. The purchaser got what they asked for. Not that I justify the sale of unusable seeds... but we need to see if they germinate before making that conclusion. Appearances can be deceiving, and without something as simple as a picture, we are talking the OP at his word. Assuming we're getting the truth.

They are like Walmart because they could give a fuck about what they buy and what they sell. But unlike Walmart, when you get a bad product you can't return it. You are stuck with what you get.

Most businesses CARE about what they sell to their customers. They take pride in having customers return. A REAL business takes care of it's customers no matter what they sell AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE

On topic, ive had more than a few orders from Attitude and only had a problem one time. I was reasonable (not hot headed) called and in a slick way explained that an entire pack of seeds I got was lame.....they made good and sent me a replacement pack w/ my next order.

And yeah it is about "passing the blame to the breeder.".....They are the ones that produce seeds not the distributor...Seriously, I mean if you buy a new Chevy and it breaks down 2 days later is it Chevy's fault or is the fault of the dealer you bought it at?

both sides have a point,
attitude is a middle man they dont make the seeds so they have no controll ove the quality of the seeds, only over what they buy and sell
but in the same argument, if your selling weed and your customers dont like the product, is it the guy who originally grew the stuff or the guy who bought inferior product to sell whose to blame for the customer being unhappy?

Yea I hear ya...not saying wont try them again cuz at least I no they made here in 7 days and safe...I'm a noob to the forums for sure ...while we're on the subject of seeds if there is one person I had wished never stopped shipping there seeds was BOG. he had many great strains. BLMRS was my first grow.(blue moon rocks). I'm growing ams, afgan kush, vanilla kush now...I'll post sum pics when I figure all this stuff out on the forum...

I am a connoisseur of seeds. When I buy a seed I want it to be beautiful. I want it to be fat and dark brown. I want to see those thick black tiger stripes coating its shiny surface. I don't want to see a tiny pale seed. Tiny pale seed = unfinished. Would you buy a car unpainted? Small no striped seed = possible problems. Would you buy a car with tires that are too small for it?

Think about things before you type them..............or don't bother typing

Attitude walks a fine legal line. they have disclaimers all over about its only a souvineer. IT IS LEGAL for them to sell beans as gifts, not for growing. IT IS ILLEGAL for anyone in the USA to import the seeds. but IF they discuss germination or growing, it becomes illegal for them in the UK.

BevMo is not responsible for tasting every bottle of beer through the doors. If someone selects a bad beer it isn't BevMo's fault for carrying the brand. The people requested the brand. The people created the demand. All BevMo did was try to have what the people are asking for.

In this case it is seeds. Attitude isn't making the seeds. They aren't telling the consumer what to buy. The consumers are creating a demand for Reserva Privada seeds. This demand is fulfilled by 'Tude acquiring the seeds from the breeder so that the consumers can get what they are asking for.

The CONSUMERS ASK FOR THE PRODUCT!!! Should there be some warning label on the website? *Caution, some kid got his panties in a twist when he saw these seeds* I don't think so. Buyer Beware!

There are practically 100 seed banks, thousands of strains, and this person chose seeds from a bank that is working with a bad reputation. 15 minutes of research would show that this breeder has issues like this.

Somehow that is Attitudes fault? What? Now Attitude has to teach people how to shop. To hold their hands and tell them what to buy and who has the "best" striped seeds?

Fucking IDIOCY!!!

You got what you asked for. Attitude can't test every batch of seeds. It isn't their responsibility. Yet, still, if you tell them the seeds you received were crushed or otherwise considered non-viable (you ruined my souvenirs) they will replace the seeds. There are many people on this board who have had their seeds replaced at no cost by Attitude despite them not being the breeder.

Educate yourself. Select seeds from a reputable breeder. Take some responsibility for your own actions. Stop buying questionable products. If you don't think Attitude should stock those seeds then take it up with the economics of supply and demand.

This stupid-shit is going on ignore.

@ SNOW CRASH...I guess you didn't read my other post but I've read good reviews and bad reviews bout attitude so dnt think I didn't do some home work on them...so yea take a chance send a couple hundred bucks and hope for the best. Best souvenirs or the best snatch of my cash. When you order limited edition souvenirs in limited supply you would expect a little quality control but I also understand its a breeder issue...after seeing all the commotion it started its not worth the aggravation of everyone arguing about it and the bashing thats goin on...like I said its not like I won't give them another shot at another strain of souvenirs. By the way as a business owner of a flooring installation do you really think if I'm giving you a piece of new zealand wool carpet that cost over a $100 yard knowing that it could be defective if I dnt look out over knowing that its limited supply? No!...its called quality control.
