First canna coco grow with canna nutes

i brought a bag of coco from the shop the other day to mix with my compost so u might see a one plant special in the near future, compost and coco side by side with my lemon haze i've been growing for a while thinking about it lol

Hi CroniC.....No mate i dont no nothin about the hammerhead apart from its ment to be shit hot!!......Ive got no complaints about the PK13/14 i thinks its wicked stuff and so do quite a few others on here, but sayin that i havent got any products to compare as this is my 1st real run myself.
Id use the canna coco grow guide but loosely mate(its a little high) on your 1st run and when your addin anythin new start 1/4 strength and work up and keep a eye on your plant, you say your gettin a ec meter so should be a little easy to keep track on how much your givin them, but i think watchin and readin your plants is just importent or more!
Canna say use the PK for 7-10 days but you can use longer at lower rate so try to work out when its sweet spot an raise to full strength
The rhiz i used at full strength then slowly lowered till none once the strech had ended then i started usin the cannazym canna say use stright away but its to break down dead roots so wastful to early.
You may need some cal & mag supplement if the water your usin doesnt have enough
I always PH down to 5.8 canna say 5.6-6.2
Try to get good run off when you water like 15-25%, and dont let your roots sit in it, and water when your pots have lost half there weight in water by pickin up and feelin
Feed with nutes ever time as coco's hydro
And dont water with plain water or flush durin the grow as it can mess up the coco's buffers and damage your micro life

Right thats about everthin ive been doin buddy but this is my 1st run and im thinkin a lot of peeps will be doin things different but i hope this helps good luck and good chioce on the canna coco!!

Right on Pukka! +rep for the great info! I appreciate u taking the time to help a rookie out! As with my first grow I am nervous about screwing stuff up! Just trying to do my homework before I start my next run. Hope u don't mind me hitting you up for some advice now and then? I'm excited about switching to canna and coco! I've heard nothing but good things about them! I'm gonna start from seed so I assume I can germinate and put straight into coco? I'm gonna go back thru j berrys thread again, but do u have to prepare the coco first(soak with the a&b or anything else)? I'm gonna order an ec/tds meter tomorrow. I can't wait to check my tap water. Wondering if I have hard or soft water. For my last grow I was filling a 5 gallon bucket and aerating for at least 24hrs with an air stone. I just ph'd after that. Not sure if I need any cal/mag or not. Thanks again for any advice u can give!

No worries mate i was exactly same as you when i started with the stuff!....and can i say thanks for askin a rookie like me....makes me feel kinda proud lol!!
Yes mate you can germ then stright into the coco thats what i did on this run, but after readin around i think you'd be better startin in a Rapid rooters or uk version Root riot cubes and pop your seeds stright in them, ive got the root riots and im gunna use on my next run. but if your goin stright for coco mate you dont need to rinse canna's with any thing its allready done for you, plain water for the 1st few days(ph'd) keep coco moist but not soaked then once you think you got roots and got some true leafs formin start addin the A&B and the Rhiz at low rate like quarter or less.
Im goin to get a air stone bud also at min ive got 2 10L buckets keep usin 1 while others aireatin
Also mate if you end up addin the cal/mag always add 1st and give a good mix, then nutes i always add rhiz next as if you add last can some time turn the mix cloudy, then A&B then cannaz and PK13/14 then boost or any other flower enhancer then PH down/up last and you'l be good i also read to leave to sit for half hour but i try to but havent many time an had no probs.

Hells Yeah that helps bro! Thanks for breaking it down like that! Today was payday so I ordered some more stuff for this new grow. I ordered an HM com100 tds/ec meter. I also ordered some hammerhead and atami bloombastic. All I need now is the canna rhizo which I'll pick up at the local canna dealer. Almost forgot I still need my seeds(LSD&BlueMystic)from the attitude. Hopefully this week! I already have the coco and the a&b and cannazyme. Hopefully I'm not forgetting anything. I do have some magical also leftover from my first two grows. Anyway thanks again for helping me out and you should feel proud you have a nice looking lady there! Nice job!

We all have the same goal, to grow the best we can! I'm glad I found RIU before my first grow back in aug. I got a lot of good info on here. Even though I my cabinet is being utilized for drying my last harvest and my seeds have not arrived I'm thinking of starting my thread early just to get a jump and maybe some feedback before the grow. Which will hopefully be starting next week. I'll post here with a link if u want to follow my grow? Thanks.

Right here we go, "Miss Fuzzy" lol...is doin wicked everythins still goin good from the looks of her, had a little slip up with my ph but she seems to have took it she's tuff!! Stopped with the PK13/14 4 days ago been givin her the Cannazym everyday since, then im startin with the Overdrive to night guna start at half strength an work my way to full over a few days......Noticed last night that the lower buds on the side branches witch i thought were goin to end up as pop corn have like tribled in size an 1 of the smallist in hight colas has got buds growin all together and are like 4" wide i tried to get some pics



The smell has changed rapidly lately to a sweet sicky smell dont no if its anythin to do with the Sucanat or if its just time!?!...So im runnin

Cal-max 2ml/4L
A&B 10ml/4L
Cannazym 8ml/4L Back to twice a week now
Overdrive 4ml/4L
Sucanat 1tbs/4L

She drinkin 3L a day now my usaully 2.5 wasnt gettin the run off id like

PH 6.6 ph'd down to 5.8

Temps an stuff all runnin sweet, things are good!

Thanks bro im hopin ive got enough till next harvest lol!!..... we'l see mate..........funny you should say that about the pics mate im pissed of we it,.....software i got to transfer pics off my phone to comp kept sayin install new version all time kept puttin it of as i was happy with it anyhow it was real quick, then did it last week some time............. oh my god its shit now real slow and misses half my pics of so have to keep doin it till i got them all.....so its gone from takin like 10 min to upload 40 pics to my comp to like 45 min and the 15 to upload them to RIU......the frase, "Dont fix it if it is'nt broken comes to mind!!!!!

Hi mate she's 3' tall and about 2.5' wide, my space is about 8'h x 2.5w x 3.5d so narrow but long....im goin for 2 plants on my next run....how long you plannin on curing for?
