Here's an easy way Too do iso that I kinda like,hope this helps someone.;-)
Pic one is the stuff.
pic two is laying the piece of 120 silkscreen in the bowl,make sure no plant material slops through into the bowl .
pic three is the plant material dried out and broken down somewhat,just crumbled by hand is all.Not trying to make it into powder as that will get through the screen.
pic four is how much material goes into the jar.
pic five is how much iso I put in the jar.
pic six is the jar dumped into the bowl after shaking vigorously for 45 seconds,I use a watch.
I kinda swoosh the screen around in the iso with the material submerged for a couple secs to let the trichs settle through the screen a bit.Then wad it all up and squeeze the iso out into the bowl,squeeze it like you fucking hate it.I also use the same iso to rinse multiple jars in a run,thicker is better to a certain extent.
pic seven is the bowl going under a fan for a day or so to evap off,never,ever use heat.
See ya in a day or so too scrape out the bowl and have a looksee..........laters.

Still kinda wet but it's a hella lot easier to scrape up like this than when it's totally dried out.

Seriously ya could smoke it now but I'll wait at least a week or so,I like to let it airdry in a dust free place space.
I'll take a pic of it as it bubbles over time,love the colors on the bubbles.

Okay, so if I do this I can make this Easy ISO (is it hash)? That simple? Save my trimmings, dry them, crush them and make some of this to smoke in a pipe. What does it do, is it the same as the MJ that you smoke from the same plant or is this Easy ISO more intense? Your instructions make it sound so easy and simple and I won't have to worry about burning my face off or the house down. Oh, what kind of pipe is best to smoke this in? Thanks

Well if done right and ya got good screens the end result should be all trichomes with very little plant material or leached chloraphyl.
The effects are very very good,I recomend it highly;)

Would the closest to 95 micron be the best? Just wondering cuz that seems to be the "money bag" in a bubble bag kit. You use a 120 screen that's like 130 micron?

I know there's two scales for screens,microns and lines per inch.
I'm not sure of the conversion for the two.
I use the 120 for general runs,nice compromise between quality and quantity.
When I wanna make people lay down I use a 160 screen.

492 grams and it's still drying,I usually average around a 10% return on the 160 screen so I would guess actual dry weight will be around 49 grams...........time will tell.

Have you attempted other methods of hash making? Have you found this to be the best? Seems very simple and I will probably give it a go for my first attempt (I just tossed my trim from my first harvests)

I have tried water,dry sift,butane and iso.
I like iso,dry sift,water and then butane in order of personal preference,taking all factors into consideration such as quality,taste and ease of production.........just my opinion.
I really suggest ya get some diff screen sizes 100 thru 225 if yer feeling froggy and experiment on yer own,it all comes down to personal taste in the end.
Some people are happy with a huge yield of lower quality and some want only the absolute best yield be damned.
I find this to be a nice higher end in between..........if ya can dig it.

taint I need your expertise opinion. I got some bag seed dont know what it is. I know its sativa but dont know what kind. Do you think you can tell by the way it looks in the pic. The screen goes in the bowl like a net overhanging the edges.
The material and iso go in the jar and get shaken hard for 45 seconds then dumped in the screen which is in the bowl.
Then gather up the screen being careful not to spill any material into the bowl and then squeezed out...............into the bowl.
