Hey Arch, I agree with Gumball hit Babygirl up with some nutrients and continue to make it rain with her until harvest, just skip giving her anymore after this feeding. You have the time because Babygirl will suck that water and nutrients right up:) I'm going with a yield of 2 oz dry easily.
Thanks CHIEF...last feed i stomorrow am...thats it finito! I hope your right brother...that two z's would hold me over till my next grow is done. Im not a heavy smoker any more. Just enough to put my insomniac ass to sleep each night and an occasional fun night of smoking is all I do.

You are right arch, they do yellow as they get close to harvest, but why? Look at CD's grow, his girls were real green. The fox farm trio feeding schedule keeps her doped up on N, P, and K. So CD's plants had a steady diet of all. The high P you used for flower may have given yours more yellow too because otherwise you have a very healthy plant, no necrosis on the leave, no def other than N from what I can see. You can even do like an 1/8th tsp flower and 1/4 or 3/8th tsp veg just to get her closer to equal amounts.

That dolomite has helped you tremendously because the MG nutes (I'm assuming) don't have any Cal, or Mag can't remember which one. Normally the plant will have a def in one of those by end of flower too.

It sucks you can't just feed one bud and see how it does, huh?
Thanks gumball for sharing man..its cool to have you in here putting out your thoughts. I did a ton of reading and this is the general consensus that I have come up with after looking at many sources but not listing them all.

" Plants that are in the last 3 weeks of flowering do not require nitrogen if they have remained reasonably healthy up to that point. A yellowing and shedding of leaves during the final weeks of flowering is quite natural among otherwise healthy plants and should not be held up by heroic dosages of nitrogen (which would result in many undesirable complications such as: mold, sudden stop in bud development, dying of pistils, over-fertilization, rejuvenation/leaf growth in buds).

Now I know that everything isnt written in stone and CD's pants are friggin amazing to look at and I am sure smoke..lol. But nitrogen doesnt play a big part of bud development. Here is a second thought from another source.

"During flowering phase of cannabis life you need to provide your plants with a higher ratio of phosphorus in order to induce and support developing flowers, as they are the bud forming sites and their number has direct influence on yield. Use phosphorus alone or fertilizer with higher ratio of phosphorus, like 10 30 10 NPK to ensure excellent and rich budding. As time goes on the buds will get bigger and bigger and they will use more and more fertilizer from what you supply them"

I am pretty sure that my next feed will be a pretty good dose of flowering nutes high on phosphorous and thats it..oh and some molasses. It is a pretty decent source for cal/mag also. Some brands better than others of course. I want those buds to bust out these last two weeks..after tomorrow feeding they arent getting any more nutes.

Plants are looking stellar bro. As sad as it will be to see her come to a halt (as sometimes I wish they could just grow forever so they could be as big as those trees on Avatar and we could just live in them!) I can't wait to see the harvest and smoke report!

I be chillin' :weed:
Thanks D..glad to see you again man! Sure thing bro,,Ill keep everything posted as it goes.

New day new pictures! She got rained on hard today and was finished off with a full does of nutes and molasses. That should be the last time she gets any food. She is 12 days from going 8 weeks in 12/12. According to the book, she should be ready for harvest between 7-9 weeks. She seems to be chunking up pretty well. I am hoping that she will fatten up even more this last week or so. Time will tell.

Enjoy!

Thanks bro!

Looking good Arch, I would say your 10-12 days from peak ripeness and harvest time.
I agree. I was thinking actually thinking 12 days myself and translated that into 8 weeks somehow...doh. Please dont ask me to to math..lol. I hate taking my shoes off.

very nice, colas'o'many :hump:
Im digging the little fat ones in the middle. They are like little golf balls of weed..haha.

Also. If you're on day 48, aren't you 8 days from 8 weeks of age, and not 12? 8 weeks is 56 days, not 60.
See above..I cant do math..lol.

Hahaha..love the equation homer! Thanks man. I have been looking at the trichs and they are still pretty much clear for now. I am hoping my mini microscope shows up soon. The one I have nwo works, but i want real close ups. I am starting to see some cloudiness but not much. I want to harvest them when I start to see amber one appearing. Once i see that then I will give it a day maybe two then chop.

My NL's are on day 40 of flowering, thinking about letting them go the full 9 weeks. Gimme a yield and smoke report after harvest okay.

I don't wanna be a dick, but that doesn't even look like marijuana to me. Nope, definately not some frosty stanky home grown buds, so I have no reason to tell you how good your plants look and how much I would love to partake in having a nice homegrown sampling session with you and a few other of the "regs" on this thread. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news ;)
