Wow, that Dog is incredible. Congrats DG&T and DST.

DST I was just going to post this pic and ask about it and I saw the conversation you had with Dez about his seeds. If you recall, I have the bag seed, hermied, bitch in with 3 male Jackhammers. She is full of seed and I was cleaning some bud/seed this morning and this one seed dropped in the bowl that stood right out. So most of the seeds are fairly small and still green but healthy looking, and the Jackhammer seeds are all small seed too, but this one is more like the original mothers seed, larger and darker. Anyway, I'd like to sink this one, does anyone think it's too soon?

Thanks Duchie:peace:

Where the seed connects to the plant(not the sheath) needs to be dry.
Also Did you read the breeding chapter?
It directly addresses seed size.
Also Do not sink seeds, Do not paper towel, Do not abuse seeds. Water does not sprout a seed it only aids germination by diluting an enzyme that prohibits sprouting.
They go into dirt. like nature intended.

After looking at your weeks 6-7 I HATE MY GENETICS(the 'I forgot' anyway) photo later to explain why I wanna just blast em with a shotgun.

Thanks for responding ML. I'm assuming because this seed just dropped out without any coaxing it would have been dry. I have not read the breeding chapter, do you mean on this thread or somewhere else in the forum? Sorry about the confusion as well. When I said sink, I meant in soil. I tried the shotglass, papertowel thing and failed miserably. I started planting straight into soil with a little humidome I make out of old water bottles and it hasn't failed yet, and I've never waited more than 4 days to have a sprout standing tall.

EDIT: I just found this, is this the one you refer to?

finally can join the breeding club! its been awhile since ive got a male so i had a buddy hook me up with some of his male parts! still waiting to here back on the strain but any male pollen is good enough for me. i used my pollen and sacs on two of my current favorite strains that have grown the best for me, GDP and Sour Diesel. the GDP is super crystally and smells to the high heavens like fruity delicousness. its extremely sticky and produces dense buds that eventually purple up when given enough time. seems to be better at resisting the PM that is running crazy in my grow then all the other strains. the Sour Diesel has the best bud growth out of any of the plants and will be the best producer. so far the smell isnt the true diesel stank but it still has a good few weeks before getting the chop. the buds have the common pyramaid shape with the calyxes just starting to swell up and get real nuggety.

ive included pics of the pollen i have, the plants being pollenated, and shots of some finishing GDP and Sour to get perspective of the moms to be!

Thanks again ML. I remember that post now, it was a cut and paste from a book. I will make sure I get back and read that. About your genetics, what is it about your genetics that you don't like? I'm asking as a novice. Obviously all we have to go on are pictures, and while we all see great pictures here, with really frosty and colorful nuggets and stuff, I was always under the impression that visual appearance does not always make a good bud. So I just ask, respectfully, what can we visually see that makes this not so great, because it all looks good to me?

Its only week 7, Those three will be reveged and crossed with a 'nice' male or I need to find a very nice male to make the F3 off the charts in thc content again.I'll use them maybe idk yet.
This F2 has most of the traits i want, THC content is not a fully dominate 'trait' at all, its weird.
