I have 3 uberkush seedlings and 1 herijuana/bigwhite theyre all over 4 days old and are some are showing some bad signs..1 hasnt opened the leafs at all and some have a hint of yellow on the leafs as well...they're all also showing root out the bottom of the rockwool so i attempted to feed them at 101 ppm i forgot to ph the water after i mixed the solution and while moving the container they got soaked from the bottom with that solution..I got some advice on here to just get rid of the nutes and flush with phd distilled water which i did..I poured some water on the top of the cubes to flush em out and left the reservoir empty over night and today I filled up the res again with just phd distilled water..i just want to know if its worth it going ahead with them i learned a good lesson and dont want to end up with hermies from all the shock i put em through..should i tough it out...please help2011-01-22 10.33.17.jpg

tap water or cleaned? give seedlings plain water for first 2 weeks, works for me, i use tap water. there is enough nutrients in tap water to feed them for the first two weeks

Add 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and Water to the reservoir after cleaning it with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution too. Make sure the water is 5.5-6.5PH (for hydro i believe?) & 50-100TDS. Yellowing on the seedling could be a geno/pheno type issue, but you never know. I also suggest you keep the seedlings in 80-90% humidity with a dome till they show the first set of spiked leaves, This will probably be a week or so after they pop, after that week then ease the humidity to 40-60% which is optimum for vegetative growth. You have to treat a seedling like a baby for the first 4weeks before its fully into its vegetative stage.

Do you have a 10x20 w/ humididome. the seedlings arnt going to use much water and the rockwool should never be soaked. i would not give them any more water/nuterients until the rockwool drys up some. there is probably already enough nutrients soak into the cube already. then once strong roots, i go 200 ppm but each strain is different. i use alot of B vitamins to promote roots.

so should i just scrap these i think next time around im just gonna germ in the rockwool and once they sprout just lightly mist the rockwool with phd water for 2 weeks or untill i get good roots...cuz the ones i have in now have small roots but idk just not looking good i dont want a hermie ...

plus i think since i couldnt fit the hydroton in these small cups thats why the rockwool got so freakin wet

are the tips of the roots still white or do they have a brown tip. either way put them in high humidity some how. when i started i bought a small humidifier from walmart in the med section and in a small closet or small space it does wonders

i dont think they will stress, they look alright in the pic. if you take my advice you will be alright, i have been doing this for a while, i have made your mistakes. this mistake aint that bad.

Once you fix the problems all the future foliage will be healthy, Cannabis plants can tolerate more than you would believe, with the right care. When it goes to the Nutes, i dont start nutes until 2 weeks. From there i start with a PSG (Peruvian Seabird) guano half label dose, wetting agent & water and foliar feed once a week till i start flowering. i also mist my plants once or twice with ph adjusted water to "scrub" the stomatas and foliage so they stay nice and fresh and wont taste like guano when harvest comes around. My homie folar feeds for veg in his hydro with just water, once flower comes around, he uses the flower nute in the hydro setup, He said it has many advantages.

there is a million ways people grow but, alot of them work. i have found 90% of how you can grow your plant depends on the strain. some can take nutrient early, some cant. trial and error. you aint gonna hurt the seedling by waiting until two weeks. its up to you. i just started reading and posting on Rollitup and from what i have read on here, alot of people are full of shit. They dont know what they are talking about. i am by now means an expert grower but have grown from seed alot. its up to you but if you over feed as a seedling it is way easier to kill a plant than if you wait until it has some foliage to help rebound if you make a mistake
