Og kush harvest time.

I have two reserva privada og kush #18 plants and they are 61 day into flowering and the hairs are still mostly white. Does someone that has grown this plant before know how many days it usually takes till it's done.

no info to offer, but i've been looking at ordering some of reserva privada's og kush seeds, so i agree with mr. green thumb, picssss :D

i just harvested some og kush and it is my favorite thing to smoke right now..the smell is intoxicating...

but yes...lets see some pics!

I grew some last summer outside for the hell of it, that shit was super-lovely to pump on for a few weeks! The smell is most definately addicting!
lets see some pics whenever you can do it man.

p.s.
I've heard of PLENTY of OG kush growers that end up waiting a little longer because its just going slow...I wouldnt fret too much, it's probably just around the corner

Sorry about the pics fellows. I have to get a new lap top. I am still new at this as it's only my sec grow and can't seem to get a feel for how to tell when they are ready to harvest. I see a lot of peeps say use a microscope to look at the trichs so I got a 60x100 pocket scope but can't seem to get a good look at anything through it. So that why I asked for a day figure. As soon as I get my new computer I am going to try and do a journal with pics. I know everyone loves bud porn. Lol.

cut a very small leaf or other part of the bud that is covered with resin and look at it on a table. Don't try to look at it while it's on the plant. Harvest when you see most trichomes are milky colored with a small percentage turning amber for maximum thc content.

hairs dont tell you anything about harvest. ive had plants have their hairs go 100% orange and still arent ready for another month. look at the trichomes, you want around 80% milky 20% amber.

if you dont have a microscope, when you see your crystals starting to turn amber, its time to harvest asap!

Thanks fellows for the tips and trick. One more thing. Does the whole trichomes ture milky or just the round parts on the top?

I wish I had a way to post the pics of them as I am very proud of them. They stand about 6f and have huge colas. I also have 2 super lemon haze, 1 cheese and 1 white widow. I would highly recomend the lemon haze just because of how it looks and smells. I haven't smoked any of them yet but I will give a smoke report on all once I do. I have the same plants started for my next grow except for the cheese which I planted a blue widow instead. So hopefully I will have a computer by then and will be able to post pics. Thanks to all for the advice.

Special thanks to this post. This worked great. Much easier than trying to look at it on the plant
