Just made my stealth grow dresser!!!!!!!!!!+ rep for any input

Ok so i just mad my grow dresser so i have about 22 inches of growing space (from the top of the pot to the cfl bulb)25inch wide and 15inch deep. i have 10 26 watt bulbs in there and plan on growing 2 autos at at a time maybe 3 if they fit good any ideas on how to improve it? i want to make the back out of cardboard and Velcro it so it seals and i can open hols in it for ventilation although i don't really want to use cardboard i lack the necessary tools to cut into the pressed cardboard back that the dresser came with.......so any ideas are good i think i might buy a dremel tho......... i have two fans one is blowing air in from the bottem and the other is obove the lights blowing the hot air out seems to be working well but i have massive light leakes out the back... and the lights are on a pice of cardboard(uhhhh i hate saying that) iput the lights in slots so i can move them sideways if i want to and the light reflector i guess you can call it is adjustable

nice bro definetely off to a good start..just work on that back wall. those light leaks are the only thing making it obvious!. buy a piece of plywood and measure it exactly the size as the opening in the back..thats what i did.. check out my sig.. im subbed, keep us tuned brotha

thats a good i dea but i have no tools i think i might use a slab of foam board tho.....i dont think ply wood would work also because its gonn be my door as well i want it to be light and thin nice grow btw

yeah whatever works bro, foamboard and duct tape work just as well..theres so many ways to go about building a box .just needa think hard and get creative. and thanks..im waiting on some bubba kush seeds thats when the real fun will begin. stay safe

What are you doing for ventalation? Or exaust? I know you are using CFLS but they do put out heat. You also want fresh air comming in and air flow on your plants.

well right now thats what im working on the board that was on the back i broke about 1/4th off and put it so there is a 4 inch gap up top and a 6 inch gap at the bpttem i think you can see in the pic.................so i have 2 fans 1 blowing up at the lights and the other is on top of the reflector blowing air out seems to be working well because of the gaps the reflector has the air is circulating nicly......... but i want to get a foam board and put 1 intake fan at the bottom or mid way and 2 exhaust fans at the top and im hoping some velcro will be able to hold it on to the dresser so that i can have easy acces to the plants...........not to metion i still need to line the insides with some reflective surface

New to the world of strains so cant help there, as far as the light leaks you could get some mylar and fix it up so that its attached at the top and rolls down to the bottom, you can do this on front and back so you can still access it easy. My next box Is just gonna be two storage tubs made into one with the appearance of being stacked from the outside and just coat the inside with some flat white. Rep and Sub'd!

O i see, last question haha where did you get the lowryder seeds because i'm currently doing lowryder..i hope it actually is auto lmao, seems to be

Get away from autoflower strains and just go for some feminized strains bro. I would go with Nirvana if I were you. I am growing their bubbelicious right now and I can't grow if fast enough! Everyone wants to get some from me. The taste is awesome and it is covered in crystals. And the beans are cheap! +rep for the cab bro! ;)

cardboard lighting fixture? make sure you have a fire alarm and that your lights are on during the time your home.

I grew Bubbalicious from Nirvana & MAN was it chrystally. I had someone give me some AK-47 they grew hydro & for all its kick assedness that ak is the bubbalicious KICKED ASS in the potency department. IMO the flavors are better & you can see how powdery the Bubbalicious is.

Just be prepared for the smell. TONS of smell..

Very good bud though ;)

i know i dont like doing that at all but its in my office and i work from home so im always here. and its not that dangerous if i have it on a surge protector(is what i keep telling my self lol)

and i get what you say about the autos but what strain fliwers fast.................?

atleast you have it running threw a power surge., light fixtures can be tricky ..but they just take a bit of thought/ trial and error.. check out my signature link last page im pretty confident this fixture will work awesome and it looks like it would work perfect for you as well!
