Ok here it goes.
So I am doing my first grow using Aerogarden 6 Elite, which has the 3 bulbs as shown in picture. Picked this baby off kijiji for $50; thought it was a decent deal to get me going.
I am growing a Autoflowering Fem Lemon Skunk; germinated before placing into the pod. I used the wet papertowel method in a sealed blown up ziploc bag.
In addition to the Aerogarden lights, I got 3x 26W 6500k CFL Bulbs. I think I might switch to 2700k during flowering stage.
Anyways, so this is what I got going for my grow
I started germination on the 5th, she popped open by the evening of the 6th. Unfortunately she germinated in a complicated way and I had not known how to plant it as the root wrapped itself around the seed. Trying to figure things out, I snapped the tap root in half. I threw it in the garbage, decided to check it out in the morning and she looked pretty solid by morning so decided to give it a shot.
Whether or not my seed will survive having a broken tap root, I am not sure. Though I have heard of one growing a autoflowering plant fully with great yield having encountered the same tap root problem as me early into the grow.
Here are some pictures I got of my setup, not the greatest pictures but just to give you an idea of what's going on. Any feedback at all is appreciate.
PS: I don't have ppm or pH meter. Let's hope it'll be ok without it.
