Blue's first grow: Northern Lights 400W MH/HPS

Plants are still looking very healthy. Consumption of nutrients/water is growing more and more. I find myself having to replace the solution in the reservoir more often.

I inspected my plants thoroughly this morning, and I don't really see any pre-flowers yet. I'll be looking more closely within the next few days, because they should be appearing rather soon.

everyone's favorite part...eye candy!

Holy pistils, batman! All 4 of my girls have beautiful pistils popping out. It's safe to say that they're all female. (right??)

They're growing and growing. Nothing out of the ordinary to report!

(Day 14 of 12/12, I should say)

2 weeks ago they were about 9-11". Now they are 22"-24"! They shot up very quickly, as expected. Leaves are still perfect, everything's going amazing. It's redundant, but I'm so impressed with how well these are turning out!

Great work KoB! They are amazing and that last picture is the shit man. Nice looking buds. My girl is on day 10 of actual flowering so we are pretty close on when our harvests will happen. I am considering an investment into HID lighting for mu next grow now that I can control my plant height using LST. My girl has never gotten over 7 inches tall..lol. Keep it up, Im glues to this grow. How is the smell by the way? I noticed a slight change but it definitely isnt a strong fill the room type of odor for me..only one plant though.

nice grow man, i have 2 nls on 12-12 from seed 21/2 weeks old and now in flower, will stay tuned to see how you do.

Smell isn't bad at all. I'm using a grow tent and carbon filter, so obviously no odor outside the tent...when I unzip the tent and sniff closer to the plants, I smell a very unique and sweet odor....but nothing too overwhelming or strong.

starting to get a nice odor up close. nothing out of the ordinary. topping the res. twice a week is redundant but necessary. Starting to get the slightest glistening of leaves at some locations.

Veg growth has slowed substantially, which I never thought I'd be happy to say. Height room is of the essence! Flowering is coming along great so far, as you can see in the pictures. One of my girls has dark green leaves and is a little shorter than the others, so I swapped it with another plant's position. I'm hoping this will allow the plant to get more light than it was in the corner, and grow a bit more.
They're looking fantastic thus far.

This grow is going to yield nicely. I can tell already that those buds will be substantial. Nice work KoB! You grow as well as you make music!

Thanks buddy! Yours is coming along great as well, I can't wait to harvest!!

I keep trying to give you +rep, but the forum says I have to wait longer... :-P
