Shes almost ready.. need a little advice/input

this is my tahoe OG, and yes my first grow. shes in soil and is nearing the end of her flowering stage..the problem is i am having surgery on monday and i wont be able to care for her because i will be bedridden .. question is do you think she is ready to start drying/curing? and also how do the buds look to you? they sure do smell tasty

Wow they look smelly and tasty.... How many weeks into flowering are you??? Look I am a newbie at this myself but personally just by what I see in the pics, I would assume that #1 either the plant is ready for harvest or just less than a week away from being ripe... Have you checked the resin glands with a Microscope yet? The resin glands must be atleast 50%amber in color and 50%milky white in color for the best potency... My guess is wait til sunday and pick the fuckers right before your surgery buddy... Goodluck with that surgery and with your babies... Wish I could try that shit

How many weeks in are you? They are pretty good looking.

If you can look at the trichs, that would help.

They are looking about done, do you have a microscope or loupe to look at them?

im halfway into week 9. no microscope but working on getting one. thanks for the advice guys, as much as id like to give her another week or 2 to finish her off, my situation is forcing me to cut her early :/

It's sounds like a good time. Most Indicas are about done at 8 weeks.
