best music downloader..(thats free of course)

hopefully i wont get any haters, but does anyone know where i can get a good music program that i can download and download songs for free, that or either pay like a one time 40 or 50 dollar fee, and have unlimited downloads forever, i tried bearshare and it was nice but then the trial period ended andi t was a dollar to sign up but like 99 cents a song, i kinda think thats outrageous imho, anywyas, if someone could help me i would be greatly appreciative, thank you very much.

i didnt really like limewire, idont listen to main stream music per say, so alot of the stuff i try to downloadi snt there, im looking for a solid database of songs, thats free, or like i said, pay a small one time fee and dl as much asi want, i wanna be abl to have just 1 program, make thousands of dls and have that one program for music, any other input here? plz and thank u

just use google to search the atrtist and song you want but type in Hulkshare next to the song ...best thing is they have a wide variety of music and you dont have to save any programs to your computer

i have been around filesharing since the days of napster, hotline, limewire, etc and i can confirm that today the best option is to use a torrent app - i chose utorrent because it goes light on not only your cpu, but also your router will thank you.. a lot of people have the blue Linksys routers - it helps to put Tomato firmware on there.. thepiratebay is dying sadly - i use btjunkie.org for torrent searches - really good meta-engine that searches piratebay as well as other trackers..

mininova has featured my torrents a few times and they passed 40,000 downloads the other night.. i get paid nothing, but i like it that people download and keep my songs.. i seriously think that major artists would be wise to enjoy the fact that people are listening and even creating new fans and not get involved with bickering over profit losses...

there really isn't anything better than torrents unless you want to pay for something like Usenet, but there are serious concerns that it will go under soon.. 99% of things that ask you to pay to fileshare are really scams.. i don't know of a single paid app made for leeching songs...
