basically describe your garden
soil (medium)
nutes
lights
temps
humidity
feeding & watering routine
ph & ec (if you know em)

the more you tell us the easier it is to figure out
no problem:lol:

my cab is 22*21.5*46'' tall.
using some nutes from local garden shop. 8/50/24 i thnk.
last feeding was about 600ppm without the tap water ppm. tap is at 312ppm? Maybe CHLORINE??? JUST POPPED IN MY HEAD.
light is a 250hps horticulture bulb.
temps have been fucking awesome man. ranging from 64 at night to highest peak temp was 90 i think but that was before i stablized. they are now about 75-85 at the most.
Rh is pretty good man 31-40%
Feeding and watering i normally feed every other watering. flush every couple weeks.
I ph my water with GH PH KIT so i give em what looks like 7. Run off how ever was terrible. flushed 4 gallons of 7ph water and the runoff kept coming off as around 5. then i ph'd with some water above 7. the deeper teal dye that comes out. prob about 8 or 9. the ph came out a little over 6 i'd say.
EC...NO CLUE MAN> :)

sorry kind of new to relaying problems. not to sure what info would be required for a good diagnosis

Knowing things like the following, or at least as many of them as possible, are always helpful when questions are asked.

ARE YOU USING?

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
Who is the breeder of the strain?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in and how long into either?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What brand Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
How old is your bulbs?
What type of bulb, MH/HSP/CFL/LED or some combination?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)
Are you using water from a water softener?

the sagging leaves were due to a watering/feeding i think. so thats where im coming from on this whole root rot thing. i think you are over exaggerating this problem. the plant below was in a party cup. it sprouted on the 17th of sept last year. she had some heat stress. and had to perform surgery. she survived however hermed on my. i grew her out anyway in the same type of pot. she showed signs of this late late late in flowering like the last couple days. so i am opposed to this root rot thing...kinda... i just need more of a conviction. you know?

You forgot soil (medium) :)

several things that bloom nute is way high in P which is serious overkill for container gardening

your tap water is potential problem, however very few places still use Chlorine, most now use Chloromine only 2 ways to get rid of it, I run my water thru a brita filter, removes chloromine drops the ph a whole point (in my case)

your PH is way off you should be flushing with a ph of 6 at least (I do 5.8 and putting in a high ph'd water getting a lower ph runoff means the medium is out of whack, possible salt build up but could be the soil itself, what soil and how did you amend it?

everything else looks fine

the plant is like about 25-28 inches id say. im using hard water. so im told 300ppm i my feeding is about 500-600 of actual nutes. so that puts the ppm at about 800-900
i switched to bloom nutes about a week or two after the first hair popped out...
no pests. no pruning. i pinched the top about 5 or so days ago. that could be why its a little thin up there. ..... but other than that i thnk i answered most of those. :) just with pics. not words :):):)

Do you mean root-bound when you say root rot? If you actually mean root rot then it will take a whole lot more than just transplanting into larger containers to help.

i am using mg moisture control with a personal blend of perlite. just to where it looks even you know...?
i used that same bloom nute on this plant with no problems. but im not ruling that out. every plant is different.

i found this out by reading and i have read 4 every foot of plant the plant need 2 feet of roots so growing a 3 ft plant in a 5 gallon bucket just dont work i grow 2 foot plants in 4 ft trash cans and my leafe dieing and yellowing leaves stoped

A 5-gallon container is large enough to grow a 3 foot tall plant .. and you do not need 4 foot trash cans to grow 2 foot plants. I always preach larger pot sizes but you have gone way overboard on size and what you think plants need.

I don't know what you read but plants will try to maintain as close as possible a 50/50 above soil and below soil area of mass, amount of plant matter, so while roots are in a very different form than what is seen above the soil, stem, branches, leaves, buds, a healthy plant will have very close to the same amount of plant mass below the surface of the soil.

Here are a couple pictures, one of a root-ball and one of a pot with roots coming out the drain holes, both are examples of root-rot.

MG with moisture control one of the worst soils for MJ, I'm not a MG hater but anything with moisture control is a bad thing :)

the 3 things I have mentioned is your most likely cause

Blame the girlfriend on the mg moisture control bro... Lol i was sick and she went to go pick up the soil lol...had gnat larva in it to.. But killed those little fuckers ahahahhahahahha!!!! (evil laugh)

maybe root bound.....but i know its not root rot

A root-bound plant can experience many different problems but necrosis between the veins of leaves is not one of them.

A Potassium deficiency can cause necrosis (dead/dying areas between leaf veins) on the older/lower fan leaves.

In soil Potassium gets locked out of soil growing at ph levels of 4.0-5.5. Potassium is absorbed best in soil at a ph level of 6.0-9.5. (But I wouldn’t recommend having a ph of over 7.0 in soil) anything out of the ranges listed will contribute to a Potassium deficiency.

But your pictures don't really look like it is a Potassium problem. I would expect to have seen more damage around the leaf tips and edges.

Maybe I missed it somewhere but where on the plant(s) did it first show up? Lower large fan leaves? If so did it then spread or keep to the lower large fan leaves or did it show up at all levels of the plant more or less at the same time?
