new set up for perptual grow

i have been trying to optimis my grow but i need a better set up just cause of my set up takes to much room in my room i have a 600 hps for flowering and a 400 switchable mh/hps for veg and clones. my flower area is 4 and a half feet by 4 feet by 8 feet high and my veg is 3 by 3 by 8. i have been thinking of seperating them into other rooms but i don't want to have to buy more venting could i put my veg in a room with a time released sent to cover them and keep my inline fan in the flower any ideas?

what would be the best size for a perpetual grow in the flower and veg room. i have already taken 8 clones and have them rooting in party cups

Depends on how many your gonna run, and how often your gonna harvest . Typically the veg room is half the size of the bloom room.

I run 25 clones in a 3' x 3' x 8" F&D lava rock budding table using a 1000w/hps etc. I run 7 moms and cloning bin in a 6' x 6' area. In total I have 128 square feet. My budding area is also sectioned off at 6' x 6'.

First thing i'd do is get that carpet outta there and get that ballast mounted somewhere but not on the floor. Next, During the vegetative state the plants don't "stink" as much as in flower. You should b able to put together some cheap venting/scent masking rather inexpensively. Lastly, your veg room looks like it needs some love. Contrary to popular belief herb does not grow itself. Your plants in veg should be green, leafy, vibrant, with a overall healthy look. Good luck

putting plants in 12/12 every 2 weeks adds complications, mostly that you cannot use any pesticides if your hit by any pests, add to it the different nute needs for different flowering stages. not to mention that you have a trim job every 2 weeks. you wont be adding yield, actually i prefer gettin a big harvest every 8-10weeks then put a whole new batch of rooted clones and flower them together. only tricky thing is getting the right number of clones to root simultaneously. used to take double he number of clones needed at the end then i'd throw away the late and poor rooters and chose best candidates to go in. your room size is fine

I run the same mix all the time for my budders. My moms get the spent water every five days from my budders. I cut five and plant five every two weeks to make it easier to clean and cure. If you set up and operate your grow-op properly you won't have any bug problems.

i pulled the lynolium out of the room cause im going to move my set up out of my room. I have been preping my spare bed room for my veg and keeping the flower room in mine just moving it across the room. to my understanding a perpetual grow is the same as a straight grow just it comes in smaller amounts but over time you can acheve the same yeild? im no expert or even a green thumb but id rather have it all the time then have bud mold ruin my whole op.

Small circulating fans are nessesary to help prevent mold and bud rot. Constant flow hydro systems are prone to bud rot. I use 12vdc computer fans to keep the air moving all the time, 24/7. My blowers are on a thermostat and my radial canopy fan is hooked to the light timer. I have one small intake fan going all the time to ensure positive air exchange in my op.

so i moved my veg room into a spare bedroom and moved my flower room in to a bigger part of my bedroom. i have my mother that is a bad ass i put her in the 8 gallon bucket and will use her for clones for the next couple of months so i learn my strain better. my 2 big babies in the flower room still have about 6 or 8 weeks to go but they are beautiful i have put down 3 layers of plastic on the floor all one sheet and made like a small pool with 2x4 to make sure that it wouldn't leak on to my o so pointed out carpeted floor. plus way easier to clean. temps stay between 74 and 82. 74 at night and 82 during the day i need to buy a new reflector or make one or something cause im losing alot of light on my 600 cause of smoke damage done to my reflector i seen a really good youtube video for making a cfl reflector here are some pics of my plants i use FF oC soil and FF nuts.

fans are not enough to prevent rot, you need to lower relative humidity with dehumidifier. i've experienced bud rot when i had 2 oscilating fans blowing a windstorm in my room

reflector was put on the ground while it was hot and the lynolium smoked and staind the reflector brown

i tried to clean it off but it won't come off with out using industrail streanght cleaner which im afraid to use on them

well you could at least try with cleaner before buying or making new one. what about bleach or h2o2? should remove the stains
