I AM IN MG 2 WEEKS AFTER TRANSPLANTING. I AM ALREADY CONFUSED ON WHAT MY PLANTS WANT ME TO DO. IS IT THE PH, HEAT OR ROOT ROT? MY ROOM IS AT 85-88. I THINK I MIGHT OF HAVE NOT MIXED ENOUGH PERLITE IN THE SOIL AND I
TRANSPLANTED THEM ALREADY INTO 5G POTS ? WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

i leave my door opened for air. i have two MH 400w 3ft above plants. you sure these are not signs of root rot.
ps is there any good liquid to always mix in the water with the fert to help prevent root rot ?
this is my grow room..

I see the water tank you have over there don't know if your using that for watering ur girls or not but ive read that a clear tub with water will start to mold or get algee (spelling?). Maybe look into that

this is true though, why do you have that in a clear tub in the light?

so you guys are saying that i am fine. i checked my ph today with a soil and a digital for run off. the soil was reading 7 1/2, run off i cant check until next watering. i didnt know that it would be bad to water them from a tub. i just thought i needed to leave the water out for the chlorine to get out the water and its easier to fill my liter bottles up.

how should i go about taping the tub up, just the sides for no light entrance ?
thanks for the info guys

If your using mg it might be the result of slight overfeeding. The mg soil has a continuous release fert in it which is pretty strong for the first couple of weeks but tapers off after a while. If your feeding any supplemental nutes it may be causing/contributing to your problem.

yeah i was giving it a tiny bit of bloom and grow big. on my next watering i will not give them any nutes. its fine to use the ph up and ph down solution if necessary right.. thanks for the info everyone.

yep dont stress you are looking good, you may consider lowering your temps a bit down to 75*F ish 85 isnt bad as long as there is good ventilation and the plant doesn't dry out. with the mg be careful, if you over fert flushing can actually make it worse. i wouldnt use anything until its budding well, and then bloom fert only at 1/4 to 1/2 strength. 7.5 isnt horrible for ph just check it regularly to be sure it doesnt go out of range. you may considder getting a soil ph meter to get an easier reading. the slight yellowing could be dute to over watering or nitrogen lock out due to high ph. ferry morse makes a ph and n-p-k test kit that will give you a better idea of what is going on with your soil. for $5 its worth your time to grab one.

but the best advice ive seen: smoke a bowl and relax! :D

Haha these plants are putting me thru some hard fuckin work hahaha. I treat them like babies. I get nervous when i see a a slight problem. I am having a headache keeping my room cool. I put in my window those double window fans, connected them to those silver tubes with another fan pulling backwards and 2 seperate fans blowing around. Wtf should i do with this heat. My room gets from 85-90.... Anybody has some good ideas i live in a complex area..
