yea def. I mean i have a DIY carbon scrubber on the exhaust fan. so the weed smell should be gone (once it starts to smell anyway) . It will prob smell downy fresh or some shit in here. lol. but I hear you. good looks. Id rep ya but it says I cant give u anymore. quit helping lol
im not sure what strain your growing and your right it probably wont smell to much mainly because its only two tiny little plants but in general just having a carbon filter dosent always take away the smell i buy brand new 6" carbon filters every two cycles and i always smell the flowers even through the carbon filter and if yours is a DIY filter i doubt it will work better then my $100 dollar filter.....just keep that in mind if smell really is a big important issue for you then the only real way to fix it is to create some negative pressure out the room....anything less then that and you will have some smell even through your little filter theres gotta be negative pressure leading out the room to really take care of all the smell.....

Royal Dwarf from attitude. I mean its not a huge issue, I just have to hide it best I can from the rents, the box is in my closet so that helps too. but you're probably right about my filter. Lets just hope it does the job. next time around im gonna build a rubbermaid setup with the dryer duct hose setup like u suggested before. Or maybe sooner depending on how well this works.

thanks again man.

Hey OP I stopped reading on the 4th page but here's my advice, switch to soil or hempy because they can handle the heat better than dwc.

no prob ..... just remeber when you exhaust air from your case into your room it then heats up the ambient temps in the room because you now have heated up the air in your case and exhausted it back to your room then you pull that hot air back into your case , then exhaust it back into the room and so on. now its even hotter then before it went in the first time creating a snow ball effect. .... the most basic of basic rules for indoor growing = Dont recycle old hot air back into your grow room..... so in closing you will always have a heat issue if your always recycling hot air, thats just the laws of science cant fight it or change it you can only work with it......

So what im really getting at is from the very begining your grow as been fundimently flaud sorry to say.....work on the core issues and everything else will fall into place....but if you start on the wrong foot you will have an uphill battle always.....my mom delt with these typs of issues for 5 years always treating the symtoms never the core problems......ok im done i wont critize your grow anymore lol sorry

maybe on the next grow, i wanna try DWC really bad though, from my understanding its the easiest once you get the basics down.
