potting soil

i picked up a bag of this from my hydroponic store. it was the last bag and i got it for 11 bucks. anyone els using it, and if so did you add anything to it?

im using it right now. could use a little more perlite i think, but works good right out of the bag.

i start seeds in it but i wouldn't use it for bigger plants. i've heard it referred to as a hot soil but i wholeheartedly disagree. i find it pretty mild. if using it for the whole grow i would add some perlite because it can get a little heavy and spongy when wet.

i have noticed that. i thought i put too much water. will add some more perlite to the mix
