a couple of my plants are a foot tall and the average is about 8inches. the smallest plant is way behind at about 4 inches. but it's not looking withered.

thats not a good thing have you heard of somthing called "node spacing" the space at which the nodes are apart from eachother and you cant have more than 5 nodes (if that), im telling you your plants are obviously over streched, but with no pictures i cannot prove my point but using common knowledge still gives you a rough outline, anyway theres no way your plants good be that tall and be healthy at the same time, my plant at 2 weeks was far from 8-12 inches tall, thats rediculously tall, have fun wih you 5 grams of dirty fluffy nipper bud/stem
