Show me your CFL Grows!!!

Hey man with 41 days of veg, how much do you hope to get from those girls? also do you mean 4 girls of each strain so 12 total plants? or does that mean you have 1258w of light for 4 plants? giving each girl about 315w? or is it more like 105w per plant with 12 girls? either way kudos they look awesome man!

I have 4 plants, 3 feminized Landrace Columbian Gold, 1 Blue Widow, however I took clones from both of them. But the 4 gals are under 900watts, 2700k, 45000+ lumen right now, my clones are under 500watts, 6500k. Growing w/CFLs wattage and lumens are the key, but just as important is moving your CFLs daily and mix up the spectrum. My 1st grow I did not use the 43watt and 46 watt CFLs, now I do, I double them up w/a Y socket...

Current grow w/mixed spectrum 43watters & 46 watters on Y socket


First grow at 42 days of flowering under 1000 watts

Looking great harley, damn thats a lot of light! Your right mixing up the spectrum helps a lot! Heres my KK just finishing up her 9th week of flowering, 2-3 more weeks to go!

Dirt in 5 gal buckets. Hardly ever given nutes.
gunna harvest in about 10 days or so.

This plant just showed pistils at 34 days from seed, about 15 days into 12/12..

Only 84 watts of 2700K CFL..

I could post photos all day on this thread. I get suggestions from other growers to grow w/hps lights. Why??
Any CFL grower knows that CFLs can do a great job. Watts, lumens and light placement is how growers get Grade A bud imo...helps also to know what your doing as well. Also anybody thinking about an aero-hydro or DWC or hydroponic grow, those set-ups also get great bud as well, of course so does organic, but had to mention a few grow methods. I love my CFLs and what they can do

just dont top it and dont train it...and yeah it will lower your overall yield...but give you one big ass cola up top...can also do some lollipopping to it

check out my youtube page.its the first link in my signature. i have a few videos of my cfl grow from a few months ago. i got 52 grams off of 1 plant in a scrog. but i just put a hps in for this grow.

top the plant twice, then train the plants out far away from the center lollipopping along the way, once they reach the edge of your pot or even a little further let them grow upwards. that way you can keep the center clear of big fan leaves that block light to the lower area of the colas. make sure you rotate the pot daily as well. i use Fox Farm's Beastie Bloomz from week 5 till week 8 which REALLY helps swell up the buds nice and fat.

that's how i do it. when i get my next clones make sure you follow my grow that goes with them and you will see. good luck!

lollipopping is when you cut everything below your main cola so there is no small bottom nug. this forces the plant to concentrate on the main top colas and makes it much thicker. when done right your stem and cola look like a lollipop.
