LOL,lol!!!!! It looks like he was trying to tell you your plant looks over/under watered. I would just disregard the statement. There are a lot of kids and wannabes on this site. A lot of really knowledgeable growers as well. I would just take any comment that is obvioulsy wrong with a grain of salt. Those usually get one of these........

But my problem is,
their really are only like 4 or 5 pistils to see.
No buds, no nothing.

Actually it has not been 2 weeks of flower if there's no bud growth....once there is flower sites, then you start counting flowering time; what you probably ment to say is it has been two weeks since you flipped to a 12/12 light cycle... You should see some bud growth very soon, it depends how long the plant has been vegging... you probably switched to soon...You guys are lucky,
