like someone mentioned....in the USA there are laws that protect renters. most the time the renters win. i'm not familiar with how things work there though.


my brother-in-law piled up crap around here for 3 years. just garbage. everywhere. he disappeared 6 months ago. he pops by for 5 mins every 2 months and digs thru his sh*t to get 1 little item. i've recently started taken some of it to the dump. i've been scared to death.

but as its a verbal agreement i would lie and say we had no agreement i let him sleep on my couch. I would tell them u gonna kick me out of my house i bought coz i let a mate stay for a few nights coz his mrs kicked him out. If u are going to do this im phoning my solicitor and when hes finished with u lot. I will be laughing all the way to the bank when i sue the police. His word against mine he has no rights at all. Except to fuck off and get me my money quick.

the guy will leave trust me if u saw me u would know. Im in the uk and he hasnt got a leg to stand on. If hes not in ur property he cant claim squatters right. I have no tenancy agreement written up it was verbal. If i kicked him out and he goes to the police and says hes been kicked out of his house they will laugh at him. Its not his property his possesions wont be in the house. What can the police do they wont kick me out of my house to put in a homeless man.

I lived in the UK for 4 years and i never under stood the squatters rights that you guys have in the UK. In the USA we would file eviction papers and have them served by the Constable's office. From that point they have 30 days to get there shit out of your house. If they don't get out, the Constable will help move them and all of their shit to the curb. If they are not there, all of their stuff still gets set out on the curb. Problem solved.

Well despite whatever local laws you have about renting out space, you better check up on it cuz it might take a while for you to legally get that person out of there. Read up on it, get a lawyer if possible or needed, and get him out the quickest and most legal way possible.

im going to kick him out the reason he won't pick up his phone is coz he's frightened. He knows i will kick him out on monday. Now he aint got no rights he's got shit. If he goes to the police they cant do shit. Its my house he has no rights. A squatter has rights if the property is unoccupied. If the police come to my house with him saying i kicked him out and he was staying here paying rent. They cant kick me out of my home u think it would go to court. For example he's got no evidence no legal contract. Just his word of mouth. Police want evidence they are not going to pursue the matter. They would say wheres ur tenancy agreement. He would say i havent got one. The police would say sorry we cant help u. In future if u rent out a property get a tenancy agreement go to an estate agents then u will have some rights. He aint got a pot to piss in.

Even if they thought he was telling the truth they would throw out the case. Because they couldnt prove it. I have nothing to worry about even if i was in the states. U can beat system u can get one over the law. I feel like im repeating myself over and over. Try to prove and explain the simple fact that he has no rights if i kick him out and i have nothing to worry about. Without evidence nothing is gonna happen u think about it.
