The Quest For The Best Nutrient Lineup!

Hello all, i am on a quest finding the PERFECT lineup for FASTEST growth wondering how this looks so far,any input is apreciated or suggestions!

Vegetative growth
Base Nutrients*
Advanced nutrients 3 part most likely, maybe the flora gh 2 part of AN 2 part as well,

Hormones* Super-thrive

Enzymes for growth/roots - Vodoo Juice

Folic acids - b52 or probably Botanicure Pure blend pro, has all the acids, a few kelps,bat guano,molass just alot of good things in this product, but my question is the pureblend pro is obviously like 3-4 products in one as is a must have for veg growth




botanicure BLOOM (Carbs/acids/kelps) Does this replace b52 and bud candy??

You don't need to buy into AN's expensive additives. Just get GH stuff and it will have all the right stuff in the first place. AN likes to leave stuff out like Mag, Calcium, Sulfur then charge an arm and leg for it in fancy named packaging (you don't need B1). GH will get you just as big. GH has been in the business as long as anyone and so have farmers in the fields. AN is coming from nowhere and just using packaging to excite people into using their expensive stuff.

I'm currently trying out GH FloraNova Bloom and it's working great! I'll use the FloraNova Grow line next time during veg. It's a liquid that looks like natural manure (liquid shit) but with no smell. One bottle no mixing, and low dose too (2 teaspoons per gal), can't get much easier than that! Only bad thing is you have to rinse out the measuring cup because it really coats it. But, once mixed it doesn't seem to leave much of a residue in the buckets (I'm hydro bucket system with no reservoir or sprayers, just air stones).

This advice will save you both a lot of time mixing and money on additives that should have been in the product in the first place.

Thats weird..... The back of advanced nutrients cal mg mix bottel says "If you're using advanced nutrients base nutrients you won't need this product"

Advanded nutrients didn't make cal mag for use with their products but for use with other companys.

Please. Just as one point the GH Bloom formula uses 2.0 % Mag and the Sensi Bloom only has .7%. You definitely need more than .7% mag when blooming. GH doesn't bother with having multiple additives then supporting the belief that you need them all with feeding schedules and marketing suggesting bigger yields if you use them.

EDIT: Well I looked and GH does have supplemental products for grow and bloom nutes. I just got to believe this stuff is for those who love to mix things like mad scientists. The Floralicious product might have some merit but I am skeptical that the KoolBloom will do anything but blow the plants out in nutes. I don't know, maybe I'll try them on a few plants, but seems risky compared to the results I normally get using a supplemental CO2 system.

MORE EDITING: After calling GH and asking them about Koolbloom and Floralicious the guy did concede that Koolbloom is pretty dangerous and very possible you'll blow the plants out (don't be specific on the plant type because they don't want to hear what we are growing). I will probably NOT try the Floralicious either. While it has a low chance of causing harm and the rep said they have people that swear by it, the extremely low dose seems like it is of little concern to the plant (1 ml per 5 gallons). Of course there are other products that do aid when flowering, especially Gravity, that I have found to work pretty well.

I think the best lineup you can get these days is:

Sensi A&B - flowering and growing

Voodoo Juice - flowering
Big Bud - flowering

B-52 - flowering and growing
Overdrive - flowering and growing

While that's the basic setup for the Hobbyist, I think adding some Bud Candy is a good idea too. Yes, it's a lot, but you seem to be set up with the knowledge of how to make them all work.

Start slow and I think you're going to get awesome results with Advanced Nutrients.
