Bucket 1 Has 2 lady's. The last one showed last night. It is a odd little plant. The main stem stopped growing and the 4 branch points just went nuts. I have the lower 2 pulled down, and they are almost all even now. It's going to have 4 Main cola. WoW if this works I may try topping a few of the outside grows. Right now I just want as many seeds as I can get from thees two. I will keep the seeds separated. Just so I can note any traits I may wish to try to isolate.

OK guys this is my breeding setup. On the left is bucket 1 and the right is bucket 2

I'm going to be making some changes. I no longer use the submersible pump. I find it adds to much heat to the rez,(as you might be able to see I have had some heat problems in the past) and I find I don't realy need it. I am going to add more Air. I was looking at the 80 Gal 5HP Craftsman air compressor at Sear's, and I thought thats a little overkill. So I went with a whisper 60 I had in the box in the closet. So we will have 2 pumps set on both buckets the whisper 100 will have a line that goes to each bucket. It will split in the bucket and go to two 2" ball air stones. The whisper 60 will have a line that goes to each bucket. It will split in the bucket and go to two 1.5" ball air stones. That's 4 ball air stones in each bucket. and if 1 pump goes down. There is still 2 air stones going in each bucket. That should keep me safe. I also plan to go with all 3" net pot and will add 1 in the middle were the distributor is. That's a total of 7 net pots. Hum the AG has 7 spots. I didn't Know witch 1 I was going to like. So I made 1 of each. 3" is much nicer to work with, they fit the rapid root plugs I like, and make it easier to get a good root spread. I like that. We want to get it like a assembly line. Use the AG for seedling nutes and 1 bucket for veg nutes and 1 bucket for flowering nutes. I'm mean really. That's all there is to thees things. There Auto flowering plants and they happen really fast. It will make it a lot easier when I get all the same size net pots.

Bucket 1 plant 1 has been painted and is doing the seed production thing. Plant 2 I am going to wait a day or 2 more before I paint it.

Bucket 2 Is going ok but some of the little buggers are looking a little deformed. I think it's heat, and should only get better from here on out. I don't think we will be running the AC all winter. At some point the temp has to start going down.

Bucket 1; Plant 1 has had it's last paint job today. After today it would be questionable if it would have the time to mature any seeds that were pollinated. Plant 2 Has branched into 4 main cola and filled in the top rather nicely. However we find this plant lass desirable (how ever we do not know if this is genetic or was a result of heat stress. We will find out.). So we will seed this for the start of a outdoor grow setup. I will go into details on that in a bit.

Bucket 2; Looking a little heat stressed. It's still to dam hot here. Other than that they look good. But I think I'm going to get 2 splitters again. Having a hard time getting them to grow out 1 main cola I think.


OK. As for the outdoor grow. This is what I'm doing, and I am following a friends recipe for doing this. Keeping in mind that I am dealing with a new auto strain that was never 100% stable. As a mater of fact. They never got it stable. They had to cross it back to a lowryder, and now it is called Blue Ryder. You may find some of the other auto's out there are not 100% stable yet. There are just to many new ones coming out to fast (ie. Purple jem). But you can make them stable if you work at it.
Where we live. We can grow auto's outside for 9 months a year. Also where I'm at. I can put whatever I want out on the patio, and nobody will ever smell or know. Any ways. What we do is. Take 6"X34" trough planters and we can fit 6 plants in there. Very nicely. The last 1 he did he got 7 lady's out of 2 trough's. So what you do is. You take 1 or 2 of them planters every 20 days. Then you pollinate the best looking lady out of every batch. You will eventually get to the point were all your plants will look the same. You will also get 20 to 40 seeds from 1 plant. So you are always making more seeds then you are planting. Plus all the other lady's that come up you get to smoke seed free.

Yeah thanks. I like it. But I'm still refining it. After the bucket on the right is done. I am going to switch to 8" net pot bucket lids and set it up to do 2 bigger plants. That will give me time to make some changes to the lids you see.

Bucket 2; What I thought was nute burn. I am now thinking is a Cal deficiency. So went and got some Cal/Mag Plus today and added 5ml per gal to the bucket. Hope it helps. the plants look like crap.
