Day 24 of flower, am I on track?

Here they are at day 24 of 12/12 flower. 10 23 watt 2700k cfls. Just started feeding them MG 15-30-15 plus molasses. Just wondered if some experienced growers could tell me if they look about right

So for flowering molases is good for the bud? Anything else? I just used Organic miracle grow nitrogen enriched and it did work wonders but I'm trying too expand my nutrient knoledge.

Thanks for the input everyone. The strain is unknown, just bagseed from good mids.I suspect each of the two are different, as it was a collection of seeds from diff. bags. As to the molasses, I picked up that tip here. Supposed to have good micro nutes 1 tblespoon per gallon.

you need more potassium than what that has., needs to be higher than nitro for bloom time.

Same thing i used. But I used it all season and 2x during flowers. Worked like a charm. Just amke sure it's the organic one. If it's safe for plants you eat, can't be that bad for your lungs. lol.

Would crushing potassium vite supplements and mixing with water be a good source of potass. for the plants?
