My first grow, w/pix comments

Ok, whats up everyone? My 1st post, about my 1st grow.

10 days ago, I switched to 12/12 light.

I'm pretty broke so I'm growing kind of ghetto style. I've made some mistakes, but hey, it's a learning process right? :-P

I started with a 10 inch deep planter.
I lined the surroundings with aluminum foil.
I am using a cheap-o CFL plant light which seems to be working pretty good.
I have been using distilled water.
I am poor and could not afford any nutes untill it was 12/12 time.

I have been informed that I have been using the worst type of water that I possibly could..OOPS! LOL
And my poter def. needs to be deeper, especially if I am goinmg to do some LST.

I want peopel'es opinions on what im about to post. TY

When its time to harvest, ill post pix of that too :)

if you have room you could always get a street light after a wreck on the highway most are multi-tap 200 watt HPS and free! thats how i got started, worked my way up to 800watts in no time.

Grow them however big you want them to be, then go to flower. You don't really have to worry about the nodes alternating, I've never given that any consideration.

Nodes altering are the sign of her ready to bud and she is building the stepping stones for that cola… free bag seed or 25$ a piece it doesnt matter treat it right and it will produce…

Remember though genetics have alot to do with potency, flower time, height and looks so when you get deeper into shit and get better then waist money on seeds and strains you want to try...

everyone tells me that when i switch to 12/12 my plant should stretch and damned near double in size. it hasnt stretched but an inch and a half or 2 inches. ALSO How long into 12/12 should it be untill the buds start developing? Ive noticed that int he past 4 days more and more pistils are showing up on every node down to almost the obttom nodes.

haha did no 1 read this.. Hrmm or you could get a Scizor lift and just take the Outside lights of WAREHOUSES.. thoes are 500w-600w HPS lights.

Well youll notice alot of pistils on what looks like BUD at day 15-25 hopefully. Buds wont be done for weeks.

its pretty easy to see.
