In Krav we train for explosiveness, but it comes from adrenaline and aggression... being able to "flip that switch". For the sake of getting physically stronger to be able to do defenses better, I train in cross fit once to twice a week. All resistance training, little to no weights.Benassi, weights do not give you slow hands if you train for explosiveness.
But for the sake of my muay thai, my always-bettering technique allows me to hit harder and harder every time... as well as STUPID fast.
