Plants are small and turning yellow!

I have 11 NL seedlings planted in Dixie cups with holes cut in the bottom for drainage. Plants are 13 days old since placed in Dixie cups. All are 3"-5" tall. They are progressively getting more yellow and leaves are curling inward.

Soil mix is Miracle grow organic soil mix(80%) with perlite(20%). Plants are being watered once a day with RO water.

Lighting:
3 28w 6500k cfls
3 28w 2100k cfls
1 45w 2100k cfl

Lights are hanging 3" above plant tops. Currently running 24 hours light.

Temperature stays between 78-82 degrees.

From what I've read sounds like the PH is off, there is a nutrient deficientcy, I'm over watering them(don't think this is the problem), or the lighting is too weak.

I purchased a 150w hps from peavy mart today. May hook that up tonight too.

Will post pics as soon as I figure out how.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Watering once a day sounds very much like overwatering.
Put them in larger pots that don't need such frequent waterings.
If you have a nute deficiency it will be either the pH causing lock-out or the overwatering causing nitrogen deficiency.

I agree completely. Sounds like over loving... er... watering to me too.
