New growth on buds, is this normal?

A week ago she looked like she was close to harvest. Then, more and more white pistils started popping up. But now, it looks as though even the leaves on the buds are getting bigger and new growth is popping out on the top and sides of the buds.

What's going on with this? It is week 11 to the day she first flowered.

Almost look like its revegging , that growth isn't normal , do you have a light leak maybe or your timer stop working? You better check to see if there is darkness in there and ya take Unnk's advice and pull that thing.

Timer is working fine. She's covered at night to block any light coming in, but there really isn't any light to leak in at night. I guess I will chop tomorrow morning. She was pollinated early on by a plant that may have turned herme due to stress after flowering. The herme was indica dominant and flowered early before it got balls. I am hoping the seeds produce a better plant than this one.
