I've learned the hard way with that!! Shit sucks when you grow 2 plants hoping for 1 fem and both go male.. Specially when they've been vegging for months!

LoL, thanks cd but I'm still learning too. Just moving on to hydro haha.. With the foxfarms chart and nutes you really cant go wrong. Adding good genetics just seems to be the icing on the cake!

Btw the "Little" girls are looking great, shooting hairs out all over now. I'll throw some pics up soon to show the new growth, not really much more streching yet. I did re tie off the steak though because the line was to tight on the stem..
 
yeah i know man, but still very impressive, man one day id like to get my hydro system out, all i need is a good air pump, i have evrything else. i took the 2 pumps i had back to walmart, LoL. i never even cut the holes in the top of the rubbermaid. did you ever see my first attempt to grow and the hydro system i made, it lasted 21 days and died, LoL.

Oh snap lol no man I don't remember seeing those!! What ended up happening to them? Look a little dry haha..

I like the setup though, you should get it back up and running after that jungle soil runs out!

same damn thing happened to me bro....hydro is a little harder then soil...ph..water levels...but once you get a good system down..it seems to work.the first plant i put in my dwc killed over...was in a shot glass...i washed off the roots...transplanted it..then after a few days...dried up.my water level dropped 3" in not even a day...so it ran dry for about 15 hours...and poof..dead.now i know to keep an eye on levels and ph...ph almost killed my party girl.and those pumps at walmart suck total monkey cock...i had to return one also.i found a 30 gallon dual pump on ebay for about $11 and it pumps out like crazy...my water level is about 5" from the lid of my res...and the lid stays soaking wet...still not sure why my res levels dropped so much the first time around..no leaks anywhere...but now it holds its levels perfect

Whats up micro, thanks for stopping in. Thats funny no one has asked me that yet.. I'm thinking 8-12 grams hoping for 15 to make all my high voters happy, oh yea and my mason jars lol.. I really have no idea though because this is my first party cup grow and 12/12 from seed. I would honestly be happy with 5g's off of each but I'm expecting a little more..

What do you think?

yeah, is that great or what, LoL sponges for grow medium, that was one of my rain buckets, an air pump and some tubing and 2 small air stones. it all cost like 10 bucks. that was when i went to north carolina to pick up the 3/4 million dollar dog overnight with my boy, was gone 18 hours and when i got home, it looked like that, LoL. it was just before i got hurt in feb. then i found the ghetto thread and prebs said i should try soil and here we are today. good shit though man.

had an aerogarden once, sponges is about what they used, so i did an experiment, i cut up a sponge into strips, cut a notch in the middle of each one, and put seeds in the notch, put them in a cleaned out wipies container, had a very low level of water...they all sprouted up fine...of course this was years ago, before i found rui, and never had any indoor experience, and with no one to tell me better, my stupid ass used an agro light, which worked for the first couple of weeks, and then they just started dying...either from the heat or lack of light, not sure which...

yep, no shit, this dog had 31 wins at wheeling in 09, so the owner bought it, brought it here to derby lane and the fucker just wouldnt run, LoL. so they sent him down to miami and he got a few wins, now he was back here at derby lane, still wont run here, his name is kiowa power pak, heres the story, its a good read, Kiowa Power Pak.

yeah i came up with the sponge idea from my sister, she had 1 by the sink and put grass seed in it and grew overnight, so i figured what the hell, LoL.
 
You know I've actully been with the party cup. It's actully quite useful! Following booierats comment. you do get that bud in between the cycles of when you harvest! and the more the better i think! Just make sure all bag seed is female ofcourse... and have fun with it. I yielded a half out of one party cup one time. i just let the missy stretch a long time in veg then flowered her. it works ethier way you do it.
