Light Burnt out! How long can i go without light

My 1kw bulb burnt out 3 weeks into flower, will they be okay for 4 or 5 days total no light?

Or will they just hermie at the end now..

Get some sort of light on it. You are bound to have at least a lamp around the house you can put a cfl in.

i agree with them open a window or sumthing just get some sort of light on them b4 u loose your whole crop

Yeah, even a couple CFLs will keep you going until you can replace the HID, as long as you can keep their photoperiod the same they won't realize anything, just like a week of cloudy weather.

Don't you have a hardware store near buy that you can get generic HID bulbs from? I use 400W ballasts because Menard's carries 400W MH and 400W HPS in the lighting dept.
In fact, I only use the generic bulbs and it has worked very well for me. For my small grow I don't see spending $80+ on bulbs.
As stated, have a bunch of CFLs as a backup. I have thought of using CFLs with my HIDs to provide more spectrum of light, and if my HID bulbs burn out, the CFLs will still be cycling.

True, I have 3 400W setups. A 1KW maybe next year. I need to install a new circuit to the room. I am just under the max right now.

Yeah i dont know how i was running a AC and a 1k watter. All that wiring shit confuses me.

I almost think a vented hook would of been better then my cooltube tho..
