I don't give alcohol to minors so i don't know what the fine would be. Giving alcohol or pot to minors is stupid, and if you do it, your stupid. Is this the only reason you voted NO? Got a legitamite reason?

its kinda funny to me that the majority of prop 19 supporeters seem to be out of towners telling cali how WE should feel and think about OUR laws...If you out of towners want control, regulation and taxation of marijuana in your neighborhoods then do your own work and quit waiting for others to do your homework. as it stands now marijuana is legal for medical use and decriminalized for possesion under an ounce....Why would we want to put up more barriers when we have gotten so many taken down?

Sending more people to jail for cannabis...So it is ok for adults to go to jail for smoking with other adults so that people in other states can feel like they are closer to utopia with affordable housing.

It was not just the creation of new crimes mandating incarceration in the CA penal system which is already overflowing...they release sex offenders like John Gardner to make room for mandatory drug sentences...Sheriff Gore on tv right now "People do not go to jail for using marijuana, they just don't"

The poorly written initiative was guaranteed to be stuck in litigation and would bring challenges to 215. It also restricted those who would be able to legally grow for profit to the few who could afford the permits in the few municipalities that would allow it (ie. Dick Lee and Alameda County), as it gave that control down to the smallest of townships...many of which are currently fighting dispensaries which are supposed to be protected by 215.

It is important for the rest of the Country, and I suppose the world but:roll:...that if California (or any other state I suppose) legalizes before it is legal federally, that it be done right...if there is any hope for other states...Sorta legal gets _______ state squat.

You're Welcome.

I guess trying to legalize pot in a state with a corrupt medical marijuana system isn't a good idea if you want progress. How are you guys going to get out of the hole now? I ain't bailing you all out. lol Broke bitches!

the legalization of pot has been defeated . . . thank god . . . just think what the world might have come to . . . I hope this keeps a nickle more in someones pocket . . . I hope I dont get ten years for these two small AF I'm growing in my closet.

But I dont want to be selfish . . . I'm try to image the 5% of what I never lost might amount to.

Ok, thought about it . . . put a nickle in my pocket and let it get warm against my leg . . . funny, I feel the same . . . nothing different . . . still HOPE I dont have to do ten years, I'm really sick and not sure I can do that kind of time. But boy is that nickle warm in my pocket . . . I guess I should cherish it as long as it last . . .

Never in my life would i think the majority of pot head's would vote against the legalization of pot.. But then again i dont know to much about the bill, my guess is that most of the people that voted no are caregiver's making good money from herb and dont want to give that up to major corps... understandable.
